I hired Custom Web makers to create a new website for my company because my old one is outdated. They promised they could copy the information from the old site and create a new modern web site that is more mobile friendly. they where hired and paid in February, and as of this date I still do not have a working web site. Every time I am contacted by their people they provide another date when it will be finished. All the dates have been missed for months. I asked for a full refund as stated in their contract and they and not willing to comply saying they jest need a few more days. I allow them a few more days and they still don't provide as promised.Worst company to do business with.Initial Complaint

On March 31 ***** I hired Custom Web makers to build me a fully automated fitness website for my business. After discussing my entire project in great detail with the business consultant (****), he informed me that the cost would be $399 and nothing more. So i agreed to the cost and immediate paid through a payment link provided. That same day I was contacted by another ************ He explained to me that the pricing I was given by the previous rep was incorrect. After going back and forth about this error I reluctantly decided to pay the additional cost of $600. I was then assigned a project manager ( *****) who has been corresponding with me throughout this process. After receiving a few updates on my website, I was not really impressed with the work or felt confident that they can do the job. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a chance. I was told the project would be completed in 6 weeks from the payment date. It has been over 3 months. A couple of weeks into the project I was contacted by another rep that explained that I needed to purchase a dedicated server for my website. After going back and forth about it I reluctantly decided to purchase the server for 3 years for $1260. More weeks go by and I realized that I have not been updated regularly on my project. I was assured that my project was coming along good with no issues. About a week or so later I was contacted by ****. He now said that I would need an AI feature on my website that would cost another $1500. I refused to pay any more money. My project has exceeded the deadline and I requested to terminate my project and refund all my money. The company refused to refund my money. They have not produced any automated and functional website to me at all. They have just given me nothing but excuses. They only keep asking for more money. They have completely wasted 3 months of life. My business has been held up by them and I am over it. I want all my money returned to me in full.
