      Ordered 5 Complete Slideout Awnings in all White on May 6, 2022. Received an order and shipment confirmation email on May 11, 2022 but no tracking. On July 12, 2022 still no package so called them. They gave me tracking info next day. Items show up July 15, 2022 but material and strips are wrong color. They were black, when the order form clearly showed white. I call them same day and report. They advise that new material and strips will be sent. Replacements arrive July 22, 2022. There are only 4 replacement awning material and the replacement strips are not full matching lengths like the original, but rather cut down into multiple pieces, some as short as 8 inches, requiring more work for installation. They cut these down to save on shipping cost on their end. The strips need to be replaced with one-piece lengths that appropriately match each awning and they need to send me the other piece of material in white.I had ordered these 3 months ago, when the temperature was not in the triple digits and I would have been able to install them myself. It is now too hot for me to be able to complete the job on my own so they need to compensate with partial refund so I can hire a second hand, or send a company to install. If they are unable to do this then I am requesting a full refund and they must arrange for pickup and pay for return shipping since none of this is due to any action on my part.

      we are aware of said issues, customer also emailed us directly.  These were dropped from the manufacturer, we are working to correct the mis-shipped items.

      I purchased a Windshield Cover on April 26th for $279. Despite the advertising of shipping in 2 to 3 days, I contacted them on May 6th to ask when the order would ship. It was subsequently shipped later that day. The main problem is the cover does not fit, even remotely. I included all the correct details, such as make and model, so the fault is not on my end. The company has not responded to about half a dozen emails regarding the matter.

      We did have a delay processing your order, you are correct it typically takes us 2-3 business days to process and ship an order.  I do see that the order was placed on the 26th and was shipped on May 6.  However, your emails have been responded to in a timely fashion:

      5/6 2:07pm We replied with *** tracking details

       

      5/11 1:11pm You emailed, it doesn't fit.

      5/11 3:14pm We replied, Can you take a measurement of the windshield, for us to check with our pattern maker

      5/11 3:17pm You replied with height of windshield

      5/12 9:24am We replied asking for the width as well

      5/12 9:56am You replied with size.

       

      5/12 we received email from BBB stating we're not helping you.

      5/13 8:56am You emailed asking for refund.
