      I set an appointment for an install 10 days ago and they didn't honor the date. They had the nerve to say that the reason they didn't honor the date is because the installer never called me when I asked him to. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Because their installer didn't do his job, they won't honor the date I set for the installation. They are extremely unprofessional.

      I worked here and they fired me without cause (which is allowed) but then claimed I didn't do my job (I did do my job, I checked in every day to make sure) and then they didn't pay me my full last paycheck. Super shady, as the name says.

      Please contact our human resources if you feel like your final check wasn't calculated properly.  We do use a payroll service to minimize these issues.

      February 2022 we had ShadePro replace four awnings on our motor home. The three small ones are fine but the larger one sages in the middle. We called ShadePro only to be told that we must have had a "huge" amount of water on it and no awning would not stretch so the only way to fix this is to get a new awning. We did not have a "huge" amount of water on it in the three months that we have had it. We had the old awnings for nine years and they were not stretched like this. When we purchased these awnings we were assured that the material was quality material and would not stretch and the representative we spoke with was of no help only blamed everything and everybody for the problem. If it wasn't the "huge" amount of water it must be *************** design. If possible I would give ShadePro a _10 star review.

      Customer is now out of our service area. We were told the coach has been exposed to a lot of rain and that water had pooled on the slide out. We recommended having a tech look at it and reach out to us. We did suggest that the fabric may be stretched, you do have the best fabric available for your slide, acrylic. Again, we're unable to help directly, you're no longer in the same state as us. Please have a tech look at the slide and reach out to us directly.

      Hired Shade Pro to replace 3 tilt out over awnings!They set the tension on my rear bedroom awning the opposite it should have been set!I wanted to test all 3 prior to the barely trained installer leaving.He said I do "thousands of these and your all good"Weeks later, I retracted and extended the bedroom tilt out.When extended, because it was tensioned backwards, it damaged the whole tilt out awning over.When I confronted Shade Pro about their s**** up.They made every excuse in the book never just admitting they did skrew up!I had the damaged tilt out over awning inspected by another company and sure enough, Shade Pro tensioned the roller backwards!During the install the laborer was on his cell phone fighting with his girl friend or wife! Yelling and hugely frustrated while trying to preform work!Don't do business with this company at all costs!They have no integrity and won't fix what they skrewed up!I give a 0 star!Will never use again!If you want your RV damaged, this is your company to hire!
