09/14/2023 I would like to report this business. They violate the contract and request just cash payment without receipts and proof of payment. I Requested another options for payment and they refused. The owner Mr. ******************** ************************ is unresponsive and the Instagram social media responder treated me to kick off my son for games without refund options. I paid over $1,000 for registration plus uniforms, gears, coach fees and others.

************** is being a bit disingenuous in her statement. She stated I myself was uncommunicative on an email she sent myself at 8pm last night after our social media personnel passed on my information. I quickly responded to her concerns at 11:14pm same night and took time out of my night to do so. As mentioned to ************** the youth soccer academy takes cash and electronic payments for our year registration for players, game uniforms, player bags and warmups as well as parent apparel. Basically, all money coming into the organization. This instance is not money coming into the organization. It is to pay the referees for player games for each team. The referee's ask for cash as only form of payment and I advised her that her coach is keeping things organized and collecting for the referees one time for 12 games and is about $3 a game per player. Equally the coach is not obligated to go to the bank for the parent and that is what ************** is ultimately asking for ***** cash withdrawn for her by the coach at the bank. We are literally collecting from the parents to just hand over to the referees to officiate a little kid soccer game. We understand that this is ************** first year in competitive soccer and we are happy to educate the process of course however this is how referees ask for payment to officiate games for the kids for all clubs and teams not just at ELI7E. We care for our players and care that they get out and play and be kids and compete win or lose. I appreciate the attention and understanding and if anything further is needed please reach out for additional transparency on my end, thank you.

      Good morning,

Attached is the agreement signed on March, 2023. Eli7E is a money focus organization. First, The owner reported the following:

      1. Sent a PRIVATE message to the coach to works of payment options. Obviously, transparency and trusted information is not provided. Why the parents needs to talk privately?

Second, the social media employee who denies provide me his information reported to kick off my son (child) from games for my inquired?

Third, the contract agreement signed on March, 2023 ( attached below) DOES not provide CASH payment as payment option. They are violate contract agreements.

Forth, as military spouse and professional. I requested options for payment, that was denied by ELI7E agency, who is the agency when I signed and agreed about the contract, and again the contract doesn't have any clausule regarding CASH Payment.

Lastely, I humbly request to BBB review contract agreement, and social media communications that's treating me and my family for inquiring about our rights for a fear financial process. I would like to request BBB to investigate this agency for fair and trusted process. I would like to request if they kick off my kid from games, the full amount of my payment ( that is more than $1,000, plus ). Again, I requested the opportunity to have PROOF of my payments, and the agency able to meet the clausules of their contract.

      Thank you again,

As an organization we offer online digital registration and payment options as well through the sports system platform we have invested into with **********. Some families choose to pay in cash as well of course. The issue here with ************** is that she does not want to turn in cash to pay the referees for her son's 12 games of $40 ***** cash total. We can't control that just as we can't if the coach collects from each family to take the team to a movie night as a team nor is it fair to ask the coach to go to the bank for her. All families do their part as a team for the team in team sports of course. The referees ask for payment for the labor in game in cash and is standard practice in youth soccer that they do that for all referees around the nation. We have over 400 families within the competitive side of the organization and have been operating for many years and is the first time we have this type of issue come up. Her son's coach also offered to write her a receipt to ease her worries before all this. We have done our due diligence in this case and of course we understand we can't please everyone, especially in situations we do not directly control.

We of course reserve the right within our academy to remove any player and family for breach of contract and club rules, just as any club would in any sport. ***************** has been a great athlete and arrives to train, play and be part of a team with no issues thus far. ************** has not in my opinion broken any rules that I am aware of. Our social media team was informing her of the rules the club has in place and to keep everything she pursues professionally and in the correct process which she has done so thus far. This will be my last correspondence with this $40 ***** cash issue that is not moneys for the organization but for an outside source to referees. Appreciate your attention, thank you.

Eli7e FC requested payments only in cash, instead of providing different payment methods/options. On Sep 13, 23 at 7:52pm I received threatening messages from the Eli7E social media representative, just for inquiring about the matters. After receiving assaults messages just for requesting evidence payments. ************** and Eli7E failed to comply with the clauses of the contract that do not mention that the payment method has to be in cash, also, the contract as he requested and has requested for coach, ref fees, an others. Furthermore, the contract does not mention that the parents must communicate with *********** of ******* as he mentioned previously. I signed a contract with Eli7E company, that they need to comply with the clauses of the contract. Nowhere in the contract is it mentioned that Eli7E  is unable to control coach decisions. I paid Eli7E, in order to my son can adquire knowledge and expertise about the sport, and train and practice regularly. I attached some reviews for social media platforms, about parents complaint about Eli7E company. Today, Sep 19th at 7:22 am, I sent the coach a message to remind him to provide me a proof of payment. At 7:43 am, he replied: " Yes, I have it in my car." *********** failed to provide me proof of payment in a timely manner. Proof of payment was requested and wasn't not provided. Attached doc. I would like to mentioned that inquiring for just and trusted process isn't  a breach of contract and club rules. However, Eli7E manager and his social media staff have violated that rule and have threatened my son and myself for inquiring about basic rules of Fair Practice to treat customers fairly and equitably. I have never authorized **************, nor the Eli7E company to mention my son's name.***** mentioned the identity of my son without parents consent that constitute a Violation of your PII from unauthorized  use, and disclosure of PII.
