My name is ************. I ordered an $10K piano from Kim's Piano May 2022, and I was told I should receive it within at most 6 months. 9 months later, the piano has been sitting in store for 3 months but not shipped.Detailed timeline and updated Year 2022 May 10: Ordered brand new Kawai GL10 piano from Kims Piano and mailed the check.Aug 1: Check is deposited.Oct 8: Sales told me the piano should be shipped to me in November.Nov 5: I contacted the store, and ales and store manager told me the piano is ready in store and should be shipped soon.Year 2023 Jan 4: I contacted the store and sales told me the store was arranging the shipment.Feb6: still the piano is not shipped.
