            Date of transaction: Dec 29th 2022. Amount of payment $785.94. Details of car: *** M3 2015 White color I had my car repaired at the shop around Oct 2022 and it took them over 6 weeks to fix it which was insanely long. From the service breakdown, they charged me for the cost of replacing of my front driver side tire due to safety reasons as part of the incident. I paid for the cost of replacement tire, then 4 months after, i put my car in dealer shop to have it serviced and i found out that the tire was supposed to be replaced with a new tire, is still on my car and it's the same old tire. Even though they stated in the breakdown of service receipt to the insurance and myself as they installed the new tire but it never happens. It creates a lot of concern for me about the safety of myself, my car and all the services or parts that claimed to be completed but did they really got it done? I lose trust in this business and this is a serious fraud that they committed.

            This has been one of the worst services I have ever encountered. And I mean WORST. NOT ONLY IS IT FRUSTRATING, BUT ITS VERY STRESSFUL TO THE POINT YOU GET ANXIETY LEADING TO HEALTH REASONS, LACK OF APPETITE, NO SLEEP, FAINTING, AND THE LIST GOES ON. THIS SHOP HAS TAKEN OVER A YEAR TO FIX A ****** PRIUS. A FREAKING PRIUS???? ARE YOU SERIOUS? YET IT IS NOT IN MY HANDS STRANDED WHO KNOWS WHERE. THEY LIE WITH EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. NO UPDATES AT ALL, AND IF THEY DO, ITS ANOTHER LIE AND EXCUSE. I HAVE BEEN CARELESS FOR THE WHOLE YEAR SINCE MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN THE ***** THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!! THEY LACK ETHICAL BUSINESS!!! NO MORALE!! NO COMPANISION!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AT ALL!! THEY ALSO DON'T LET ME HAVE INFORMATION ABOUT MY OWN CAR, LIKE REALLY???
