This has been one of the worst services I have ever encountered. And I mean WORST. NOT ONLY IS IT FRUSTRATING, BUT ITS VERY STRESSFUL TO THE POINT YOU GET ANXIETY LEADING TO HEALTH REASONS, LACK OF APPETITE, NO SLEEP, FAINTING, AND THE LIST GOES ON. THIS SHOP HAS TAKEN OVER A YEAR TO FIX A ****** PRIUS. A FREAKING PRIUS???? ARE YOU SERIOUS? YET IT IS NOT IN MY HANDS STRANDED WHO KNOWS WHERE. THEY LIE WITH EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. NO UPDATES AT ALL, AND IF THEY DO, ITS ANOTHER LIE AND EXCUSE. I HAVE BEEN CARELESS FOR THE WHOLE YEAR SINCE MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN THE ***** THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!! THEY LACK ETHICAL BUSINESS!!! NO MORALE!! NO COMPANISION!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AT ALL!! THEY ALSO DON'T LET ME HAVE INFORMATION ABOUT MY OWN CAR, LIKE REALLY??? THE ONE HELPING WAS **** AND ****. **** IS A LIAR AND CURVES THE **** EVERY TIME YOU LOOK FOR HIM. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE AUTOMOTIVE BUREAU AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS. IF ANYONE WANTS TO *** A UCL CLASS ACTION TOGETHER, CONTACT ME. THEY VIOLATE MANY CODES, WHICH I WILL LIST, AND FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS, I CAN CONFIRM.
