I purchased a 2017 Volkswagon jetta on November 2nd 2023 for $12995 with a $9000 cash down payment. This vehicle had numerous mechanical issues and i was given 2 separate service appointments that were both cancelled upon me bringing the vehicle in. I set a third appointment which i was able to receive an answer in January 2024 which resulted in the mechanic saying that there were more issues than anticipated with the vehicle therefore they offered to take back the Jetta and get me a safer vehicle. In January 2024, 2 months after trying to get my vehicle serviced the business then gave me an option for a 2012 ****** murano with a sticker price of $8995. The $9000 cash down i put on the jetta plus a monthly car note that was made in December 2023 was not applied to my purchase of 2012 Murano. The Jetta was returned to the dealership and I currently have the ****** however I was under the impression that I would have $6400 applied to my vehicle and that did not happen I received only $400 as well as making monthly car payments since January 2024. As a resolution I wish to either get my $9000 down payment plus the combined monthly payments I have been making and return the vehicle, or keep the Murano and have it written off as paid in full.

I purchased a vehicle with extreme and dangerous hidden issues including, engine failure, AC disfunction, thermostat disfunction, Axle broken, control arm broken, broken wheel hub and bearing. Extremely horrible customer service with many Sly remarks. Sly comments and expressions. And flipped lies of ways I personally communicated. I wasn't able to have my car for almost 4 weeks, and many repairs, I finally got it back but still with AC issues and many driving problems. They do not answer the phone and nake it very difficult to get things fixed. Felt very pressured to sign a contract that stated I will not pursue them I'm court. But didn't realize what it said until after the said they wouldn't give me my car back unless I signed the contract. Very frustrating, and have mow lost my job do to unreliable transportation to and from work.

I was going to purchase a car from this dealership. I advised the managers and staff I wanted to cancel with me going through with it due to them acting shady. They would not hand me the car over, and would avoid me at all costs. They would make up lies that certain workers/managers werent there. They would make fake stories that the car was having, even though it was in perfect shape when I went to go see it. They just gave me the run around after they already had my down payment. After trying so hard to cancel for about 2 weeks. I had gotten everything canceled, got my full deposit back and signed a no harm form from both parties approval. They stated that my credit would not be in any harm and that no payments were going to be due after that day. They said I wouldnt owe anything and that we were set to go. Almost being 3 months in, now Im receiving phone calls from ************** stating I have a balance payment over $30k and that the payments are past due. Keep in mind, the account is active under my name. I explained to the *************** everything and they said Motors direct hasnt made any contact with them or been paying off the balance of the loan when they should be. They advised me to call the dealership, I did and i explained to them my situation and they told me they would take care of it and get back to me. Now being June 25, they never contacted **************** still and its affecting my credit and still remaining balance with an active open account. Once again I contacted the dealership today & I explained to them again but they told me the same thing okay let me take this to my higher *** and well get back to you

We purchased a used car from California Motors Direct on March 5, 2024. At the time of purchase, they wanted to meet their sales quota for the day so they told us if we closed the deal that night, they would still honor any issues that came up in the pre-purchase inspection we had scheduled for the next day as well as a few other pending items that were due for the car. After the pre-purchase inspection was completed, we returned the car to them to complete a repair that was needed and they were supposed to finish up all the odds and ends. We had difficulty getting a clear answer from them on when we could pick our car up. We finally picked it up on March 15, 2024 and they had not fulfilled a few of the odds and ends. They told us the items would be shipped to us and arriving between 3/19 and 3/25. On the 25th when we still had not received the items we were due, we contacted the sales **** *************** and received no response. On 3/29 we reached out again and were told the items were shipped to him and he could drop them off on Sunday 3/31 or Monday 4/1. We set it up to meet with him on Monday at 6pm. On Monday, ****** asked if we could move the meet to Tuesday and we agreed. On Tuesday, we never heard from them and haven't heard from them since. It also appears the work they told us they were going to complete during the 9 days they had our car, was not in fact completed.

Hello I bought a dodge journey with california motors direct. I paid for extended warranty on my car. I paid for 7 years or ******* miles what ever come first. A few months ago my car need a motor so I call the warranty company to have my car fix. It turn out my car was never under the warranty. I contacted car dealer. And they told me they'll would take care of it and contact the warranty place. Then they told to take the car to a mechanic of there choice were they put a motor with more them ******* miles on it. And they took my car from the shop and didn't want to return it to me until I signed a paper saying they would no be responsible for anything else. Witch I didn't sign it and so they didn't want to give me back my car until like 3 hours later. The motor was liking oil since then and they don't want to take care of it. And now it seems to having problems with the transmission. I paid for the extended warranty and they never got for my car. So i would like for them to take responsibility for the car. HOPEFULLY YOU GUYS CAN HELP WITH THIS. THANK YOU

I purchased car on 11/14/2020 and have had to replace normal items (batteries 4 times, brakes, oil changes, tires). A few weeks ago I was driving and car was running hot. I took the car to the **** dealer and it needs a whole new engine for *********. The **** dealer then advised that the car was in a major accident and showed me where the parts of the car don't fit. This includes (The hood. Belongs to a different model fusion, the front grill, lights all belong to a different model. The front and back windows are allowing water penetration as they were replaced but poorly. Then he showed me where the inside has been painted to cover up the fact that this car had been in a major accident. This was not disclosed as I was given a clean car fax report, nothing mentions this car was in an accident on the contract, and I have been paying for a car I never would have gotten if I had known it was in an accident. Now the car is in the shop to fix the engine issue and I am now stuck with no help to resolve this. I have paid ************************************************************************************************************ an accident. At this point I would like this be addressed. I have the car in a shop now replacing the head gasket and a few other parts instead of a new engine as I owe ***** more on this car which is now worth 3000 and the repair costs 2300. I cant even sell this car now because it's been in an accident and all the repairs now are from. Now it's a hazard and I have another 3 years left to pay on it. I called this dealer and explained and they hung up on me after leaving me on hold for over and hour.

See Complaint letter in detail of the issues, including the Amount I am seeking for the New Tires I had to pay to have purchased, installed & mounted as the tires on the car at the time of purchase were not NEw as disclosed to me, but from 2013 and they were unsafe to drive which I did not know at the time, because I just found out I was lied to by the sales girl **** who was fired.
