I filed my taxes with Ximena Radrigan, CPA on 04/24/2023 I paid $200.00 for her services. On 10/10/23 I called Ximenas office to have her summit my Federal taxes owning of $605.00 electronically before the dateline date of 10/15/23. I spoke with ***** one of Ximena employees, I told her I have not received my State income tax refund of $390.00 dollars and did they filed it? She told me it was deposited in my bank account on 05/11/23. I asked her for the account number? The account number is incorrect. I never opened a B & A account, where did you get that information from? She then gave the phone to Ximena CPA. I asked her why did she use an incorrect bank account I never provided. She then checked and said I dont know where this girl referring to her employee ***** got this account? ***** had left home for the day. Ximena said Ill have to check with her tomorrow. Ximena called me the next morning and said she checked her clients bank accounts but none matched. She also knew who I bank with that information was on file, She stated I dont know where and why ***** used the wrong account. At this point I called ******************* to report it. The representative was able to confirm my refund of $390.00 dollars deposited on 5/11/23 in the wrong bank account that ***** gave me. The representative filed a case to investigate it could take up to 120 days and told me to go to **** of America to ask if this account exists, also name on the account. The teller did confirm the account number but didnt give name due to Hippa. I also told to talk to my CPA since it was their error and try to settle this matter. I went to Ximenas business on 10/20/23 to talk to her but was told she was not in. I called her office and was told I just missed her. I called her again a few days later and again she wasnt there. The times I tried talking to her I did leave her messages with her employees **** and ***** to please have her call me. I have not heard back from her since.
