      June 21, 2024 I bought 2 ultra speakers and it got shipped to the wrong address and the package was not found. The customer service manager was not helpful and she didnt take the responsibility of it being shipped to the wrong address. She gave a a few options and Im very unsatisfied with the help that been given to me. I tried to ask for and upgraded on one of my speakers. And she only shipped me one speaker and nothing else please help me solve this matter.

      I ordered a Bump Box for my daughter with a 9 month subscription around the end of may. Confirmation 52V3-J88R-5J9U-Q4Q6. She never received this. I contacted them in the beginning of June and they apologized and said another would be sent right away. She did not receive. I contacted them last week and they said they needed additional information. I have long covid and all of this is a chore. So I contact them today and apparently another box was sent (now 3 total boxes and this is month two so I have been charged another *****. I asked to be refunded my money and to cancel this because this is just ridiculous. They will give me store credit but not my money. Why would I want store credit when not one thing they have shipped has been delivered. I asked speak to a manager to file a complaint and was given the run around. I was told to just reach out to the number that I was already talking to and a manager would respond. This is unacceptable. I did tell them that I would file a complaint with the BBB which is what I am doing. These companies protect themself and no one is protecting the consumer.

      Purchased the Flare 8 replacement 8" speaker with grill set, for a Flare 8 Bumpboxx on 1/31/24 that was damaged through shipping. The company is aware of these facts, has stated a replacement was sent, no package was/has been sent, fabricated a lie, have stopped responding, & have refused to send what was ordered.

      Order dec 27th received item an was damaged (faulty from factory) request to get item returned and replaced customer service is terrible days go by no response phone number goes straight to voice mail however they have time to post on instagram. Stay far away from this company.

      The employee has been seen doing drugs in her car. She also offered methamphetamine to my nephew whom she get his contact info out of Bumpboxx client contacts without consent. She showes up late to work because she is out all night getting high with him.thats unethical if a employee and horrible reputation for Bumpboxx.he has told her to stop harassing him sense he is trying to stay away from drugs that she introduced him too. She is very pushy about getting him high. She showed him the warehouse and given him free Bumpboxx products. When I went in to talk to manager she wouldnt allow me and I havent **** back from one. She is stealing money from Buisness to purchase her drugs .

      I bought a bumpboxx from them this is my second one from there company that has went bad they told me I need to pay 50 dollars to get it fix and i have all my original box and everything and they are very rude and unprofessional.

      The Bumpboxx is defective and theyre expecting me to pay for shipping to return the defective item to get a replacement. Paid $299 for junk.

      Bought a bumpbox ultra had it for about 3 months now wont charge or turn on at all. Bumpbox refuses to answer any txts or emails.

      I am the **************** manager for ********************, on the 22nd of November at 12:49 PM. My agent ** received an email correspondence from the complainant, ***************************** stating that he was having an is*** with his Ultra unit and elaborated that it would not hold a charge or power on.


      The agent informed him that we would be happy to provide him assistance and asked him to provide proof of purchase so we could verify that his unit was still covered under warranty. The complainant stated that the unit was purchased by his girlfriend, to which the agent informed him that we would need the email or order number to pull the order that was associated with the unit, if we cannot locate this then the unit would be treated as an out-of-warranty unit, which is basically paid repair.

      At that point, the customer followed up the next day at 11:04 AM with the email for the girlfriend (which did did not come up in our system) and stated and I quote, "Nope have a warranty in the box it came in. So, I will *** the dog sh** out of yall if you dont comply with the warranty", my agent followed up informing the complainant that we needed him to make sure the unit was purchased from our direct website, as we have a different protocol for third-party purchases. 


      As we were off for the holiday, we were able to provide him a follow-up until today at 8:52 AM, however, we receive your notice in the mail informing us of the measures the complainant took, although they never provide us with a response. We have no problem taking care of this customer as long as they can provide proof of purchase as we require all our customers to do because our warranty provides coverage for one year.

      Bought the bumpboxx flare 8 a little over a year ago. Now I can hardly use it as it cut out and a long beeping noise comes on and the restarts itself I have tried different volumes and with in plugged in to a power supply.. same results .. for the price the product doesn't last long

      I purchased a Bumpboxx Flare 8 back on March 24, 2022 (6 months old). It does not hold a charge any longer and I tried to get a replacement, but I'm being told I have to pay for packaging and shipping since I no longer have the original box. I shouldn't have to spend another $50-100 just to get a replacement under their warranty.
