I brought my motorcycle for repairs in February 25, 2023 to ****'s Mobile Autotech and we agreed he would repair it at $1010. He requested an advance payment of $550 in March 19, 2023 and I 'in good faith' honored the request and paid him via Zelle. By June 6, 2023, (4 months later) frustrated with the extreme delay, I requested to pick up the bike and he stated the bike would not start. The fact is I drove the bike to his residence in February where he works, there was no logical reason why I should have had to 'tow my bike' out to another shop which is what I had to do. He had no explanation why my bike would not start, and the shop that re-assessed the bike said the bike was in worse condition than when the did the original estimate in February before I brought it to ****'s Mobile Autotech. They also stated there were safety issues as a result of the deficient work and the bike parts I purchased out of pocket ($200) parts that were recommended by **** used for the work that was done. I requested my refund and he refused. See the attached demand letter and filing with the ****** of ********** Repair. I sent him a demand letter on 8/1/23 and he has neither responded or complied.
