Went to shop got an estimate that we agreed on in October 2020. He said 3-4 months tops. Been there ever since goin on 2 and a half years. Go by shop constantly and its never open. Never answers phone and hardly replies via text. Sent me pics of a car that wasnt even mine stating its being worked on. Covid hit which I understood but after the fact keep getting the run around. Keep getting told next week. 2 weeks etc. saw my car once and it was out in the back. My new interior covered in dust and i can see cat prints. Wasnt until about a month os so started showing some progress. Still get the run around. No pictures, shop not open. Always an excuse. Just want my car back at this point. Saw the other complaints pretty much same thing. Posts pictures on his ******** of him Working on other cars that I know came in the shop after mine. When i asked about it he stated they didnt need much work.Initial Complaint

Car paint issues,On the date of September 1st 2021 Freddie mello and I made an agreement to have my car done in 3 months. He wrote a recipe for 7000$ and wanted half as a down payment. September 6 2021 we gave him 3000$ and September 9th 500$. April 14 of 2022 he contacted us for 1500$ and promised itll be done the following week.We call and text often and rarely responds.Shop is always closed and never answers the door.He send pictures of just the roof of vehicle painted so far.We have text conversations about him saying itll be done the following week.Thank you for time and effort Sincerely *********************************Initial Complaint

My complaint is that I put my car in the paint shop to be painted the owner said it would take him 90 days to complete we agreed that was ******* of 2021 he has since painted half the car the roof only which he said he would do for free for taking so long on my car the car is not completed and now I just want my car back my car is a **** ***** Deluxe he won't answer my phone calls he won't return the text message it's just nothing with him please can you help me
