11/08/21 i rented a car from A1. He had told me that the car is $49 a day. He wouldnt accept my insurance so had to pay $15 for insurance. Made me sign but told me dont worry the no refund is only for people who wanted to extend. I signed. He then charged my Debit card $504. He said that i had to pay 4% atm fee $20. He then gave me key to car then left. Car did not have gas. Afterwards i felt the car jerking and the transmission wouldnt change gear. Car was bad shape. I immediately called and said i do not want car felt it was unsafe. He said to me. How about you just drive it to work and tomorrow i will refund for you. I ask that he made me intial no refund. He said its ok. You come back and i will refund the two days and deposit. I come next day. He said i was lying about the shape of the car and that if he brings to mechanic i will have to pay $90 and if mechanic says car is ok then he said i will lose my $160 from 2 of 3 days i rented plus i have to pay $90. He then said. I refund you back deposit. That was 11/09/21. Ive yet to receive anything
