      I bought a pair of speakers of JL Audio speakers on September 15, 2023, from West coast car audio on ********* in ********, **. The person who sold them to me was the owner named ***. I went to the shop on November 12,2023 to adjust the level of sound and *** the owner helped by playing his music in my truck causing the speakers I bought from him and some of my own to burn. The owner himself smelled the burned speakers and knew that he burned them and offered to replace them, and he told me, and I quote " I do not have any space right now to check them and replace them but bring the truck tomorrow". So, it being the next day Monday November 13, 2023, my wife and daughter took the truck, and the owner kept the truck for 3 days. Friday comes around and I walk into the shop I told them that I was coming in because on Thursday one of the employees that spoke Spanish, called me to pick up my truck and to come in on Friday they were going to replace the speakers and they told me that to replace them that I had to pay to send them to the speakers company I told them why did I have to pay to send them to the speakers company when the owner is the one that burned them. The employee started to argue with me and called the owner to ask about the situation. Then the owner started talking to me while the employee was translating for me, and he started to yell through the phone telling me to leave his store saying he didn't remember burning anything and that why was I going after 4 days to claim when he kept the truck for 3 days and hung up. The employee proceeded to say I'm either going to pay or to leave the store.

      ONCE AGAIN THIS COMPLAINT IS FOR THE WRONG LOCATION. ***** CLEARLY STATES ITS THE ****************** LOCATION NOT ****************************** ZIPCODE *****. SHOULD CALL ************ AND TALK TO THE MANAGER IN CHARGE. WE DONT HAVE ANY HISTORY WITH ***** REGARDING JL AUDIO SPEAKER PURCHASE.

      After careful consideration of the situation, it appears that the speakers you purchased from West Coast Car Audio, the ** Audio M3-650X-S-Gw, were not installed by our team. We understand that you sought assistance with tuning the sound levels at West Coast Car Audio, and unfortunately, an incident occurred during this process. We understand that no adjustments were made to the wires or amps during the tuning process at West Coast Car Audio. Therefore, any issues related to these components are not covered under this warranty claim.

      While we regret any inconvenience caused, we must clarify that our responsibility is limited to the product itself, and we cannot assume liability for installations performed independently. However, as a gesture of goodwill and in recognition of your loyalty as our valued customer, we are more than willing to replace the affected speakers under the warranty.

      Please be advised that our warranty covers manufacturing defects, and we will promptly send you a replacement for the damaged speakers. To facilitate this process, we kindly request that you provide proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or invoice.

      Once we receive the required documentation, we will expedite the replacement process and ensure that you receive a new pair of ** Audio M3-650x speakers at the earliest convenience.
