On July 5, 2024 at 10:30am three cars were brought in to get window tinting done. Two of my siblings brought their cars in with me and we were offered a deal by *******************, who claims to be the manager, to get all three cars tinted at once. All three cars were paid for prior to services beginning. We were told that the 3 cars would be done in 4 hours. I called to check in on my car 4 hours into it being there and was told that my car wouldnt be done for another hour. Two hours after that I was told by **** that my car still would not be done for an additional two hours and that the third car would not even be started until the following day. This business, and more specifically this manager, wasted the entire day of 3 families. Not only did he waste our time, but he did not reach out to any of us to explain any of the situation. I then spoke to other costumers waiting for their vehicles and was told that they were walk in appointments and had dropped their cars off after our initial drop off and their cars were being finished before our cars were finished and before one even began work. They are now not offering any reimbursement, due to the deal that was offered.Initial Complaint

I was quoted $165. for steam cleaning my engine. After they were done I was charged $260. I told **** he charged me a hundred bucks more than the quote and he said they already finished the job and it would be $260.,then had the nerve to tell me they gave me a free car wash. I replied that it was a hundred dollar car wash.He said he would not refund the money he stole from me and if I didn't like it to take him to court. These folks are crooks. The numerous one star Yelp reviews are accurate.Business response

5/11/23 at 3:34 pm. i went to zoom to get my van washed, i talked to a employee and told him i need wash and cleaned inside and out, he asked what do i want i told him he knows more about what it takes and to help me pick what needs to be done and he punch button on this machine two tickets came out and he stapled it to another paper and handed it to me and told me to pull up to the cones and leave the keys in the van so i did its a2012 ****** sienna, nobody showed so i got out and figured to go inside i seen the lady and ask is this were i pay she said yes so i handed her my papers she said $299.99 i go what how much i could not beleive it and i told myself just pay it, a ****** learned ill never come back the guy told me 1hr to do the job, it was 1 1/2hrs 5pm quiting time i hear a horn honk some lady told me while handing me my keys that the front seats were wet and she didnt shampoo the back carpet, it would get to wet and cause mold and for me to drive with my windows down and turn on my heater my floor mats were just thrown in the back i had to put all my seats back and noitice the driver seat was broken that holds 3 switch for adjusting the seat was hanging down and they tried to hide it every thing was not in its place the next day i returned to complain about being overcharged giving my key back in that condition i felt deceived i was never quoted any prices while making my ticket at 430 the next day i drove approx. ***** miles, ***** min.from my location to complain he told me no refunds they left over half the carpet not shampoo and still charged me $100.00 he said bring it back and he would JBweld the broken seat and redo detail job and it would take a 1/2 day so he would give me a ride home to wait, i told him how far i lived and said he cant do that that i would half to wait their. My clothes got totaly wet and my windows fogged up i had to run my defrost for 20min before i could drive from moisture windows i have much more to say but i dont have spaceBusiness response

We took our car to the quail lakes location on 3/26/23 When we arrived home we realized the car was still dirty inside but couldn't take it back because we were going on a trip. When we returned we filled out their feedback card to complain and never received a response. Attaching photos with date taken and receipt.Business response

I took my ******************************** for an interior / exterior detail on Thursday April 13, 2023 and paid $400 for this service after having my new sound system installed on April 8, 2023 by Extreme Car Audio in Stockton, CA totaling $1200; $600 for the Pioneer touchscreen deck alone, and additional music projects which lasted until Tuesday April 11, 2023. On April 13, 2023 when I left my vehicle with Zoom Car Wash at 8am in the morning and picked up my truck at approximately 4:20pm in the afternoon. Upon further assessing my vehicle later in the day I observed the cleaner that was used to clean around my deck area, fell onto my deck screen and the solution burned through my touch screen on my new deck evidenced by; chemical *****, the cleaning solution and bottle being left in my car, and now the touchscreen on my deck is malfunctioning by selecting items when not being pressed and have multiples blotches which shows on the screen that impacts functionality after I picked up my truck. I attempted to address this issue with the detail manager ******************* the following morning at 8:00am as well as provided the proof, but ultimately, he sided with his worker, stating that this issue could have happened prior to bringing my truck into Zoom, Zoom doesn't use chemicals that can ruin decks, and to take them to Court to get my deck replaced for a new one. This response from manager ***** was an extreme anger trigger as it was unprofessional, immature, and disappointing, amongst other things. This mistake on behalf of the Zoom's detail department, set me back at least $600, and I would like this addressed to satisfaction with my new deck replaced. The deck blotches show more plentiful and much clearer at night and when not in direct sunlight. I would prefer avoid going to court but if it is needed then I will follow through with that suggestion as well. Please come to an understanding and make me and my truck whole again!Business response

I was originally advised by the manager ********** would receive the old deck back after the owner wanted to inspect the unit; however, when going to pick it up I was informed the owner later sold the deck for $100 over the weekend and I did not receive it as expected.Initial Complaint

On February 18 at approximately 1:45 pm, My SUV had just been washed and was in the process of being dried. An employee forgot to put a car in park and exited the vehicle, the vehicle then drove by itself witj no one I. It approximately 60 ft and smashed into the back of my vehicle being dried. The manager ************************* spoke to me as well as the owner of the other vehicle, took all of our information and advised that they would take full responsibility for all repairs. We were told to take our cars to Calibur Collision on Monday 2/21 to obtain estimates for the damages. He also advised that he would call calibur collision foray thing 2/21 to report that we would be coming in. I obtained my estimate on 2/22 and was advised that the estimate would be sent to zoom car wash once they approved the repairs I would be contacted to bring my car in. After not receiving a call for over a week, I then contacted ******* and was advised they had not received approval from zoom, I made multiple calls to zoom that went unanswered, my auto insurance all made calls to help on 3/6 after calling zoom I was able to speak with manager ****** she was able to approve the repairs but was not able to assist with a rental car since while my repairs are done. I spoke with ***** and was advised to rent a car from hertz or enterprise and have them send a bill to them, both rental companies advised that they do not bill companies unless they have corporate accts (zoom does not) and I would have to pay out of pocket. I do not have 800 to pay for a rental nor should I have to pay for this. I called ***** back to avised whay i was told and said that's how it's always done, I asked if he would call and set up the rental and he refused and told me to go though my own auto insurance. This is the most unprofessional place I have delt with, they refused to provide me with their insurance info or incident report or claim number regarding the accident. I am goi g though my own ins with a 500 deductibleBusiness response

I had came in to get a transmission flush its a clean on my transmission a gentleman who did my transmission flush he said I can charge $200 instead of $300 for the transmission flash I said OK he said he wont be getting any documents on it but youll get a receipt the receipt I had got was for a car wash because he said he wasnt going to charge me on paperwork for the taxes the outcome of it my transmission went out due to overfilling transmission improper flesh to my car
