          BBB believes complaints we have received for Terry's Green Power Construction contain a pattern of similar allegations. Consumers generally allege that Terry Fasy, president of Terry's Green Power Construction, failed to complete the construction jobs for which he was contracted.

          BBB wrote to Mr. Fasy requesting an explanation for these allegations. In his response, Mr. Fasy explained that he sub-contracted with a separate contractor and this contractor failed to complete the jobs for which it was paid. He also claimed to be working to finish these jobs.
