I called this company to replace a AC unit condenser, he said he could do it for $1500, the original part was still under warranty, the original contractor did not have any time to do it, which is the reason we called OAR. The original installer met with OAR at the warehouse to pick up the part, came to my home, sat there for about 6 hours. When he finally told me to run the *** it didn't work. He claimed that the NEW part that was given from the warehouse was a DUD! This all happened on the 7/14/23.. the warehouses are closed on the weekends, so now come monday, the warehouse says we can't replace another part without the old one. *** made a scene at the warehouse and threw the compressors at me in the warehouse, i then said i would like my money back because OAR did nothing, he told me to "kick rocks". I would like my money back or my AC fixed. One way or the other, this was very very unprofessional and embarrassing.
