My mother died as a result of medical negligence by this facility. She was severely dehydrated, corrosion in her feeding tube and catheter that caused a UTI. Internal bleeding that caused her stool to turn black that should have been noticed by medical staff. She died 12/31/23. They don't document vital information such as vomiting or have a physician come in to the facility to check on her. They depended on family (me) to assist in diaper changing. This means that if I didn't come,my mother would be laying in her own f**** for hours without being changed. She suffered in agony and complained that her stomach was hurting and that staff would ignore her and not tend to her to see what was wrong. She had a roommate who was competent to let me know how my mother was being mistreated by staff. Did speak to an administrator regarding this matter and was informed that he would call me back to discuss and investigate. Would be scheduling a conference with other nursing staff but now I can't get anyone to call me back. My calls & emails go ignored and when I call the front desk to ask for a corporate office number, I am told to ******* it". From what I see, they don't have a corporate office number. I have photos of the many problems that went on with my mother. Bedsores, infections, uncleaned bed sheets, etc
