Transaction took place online in May of 2020. I spent almost $500 on two pairs of custom shoes. I waited a year and a half for one pair of shoes. I am still waiting for the other pair of shoes that cost around $180 not including shipping and taxes. I have tried to contact the business but they have not replied to me. I should not have to harrass them in order to get my product or my money back.Initial Complaint

I placed an order of some custom Birkenstocks with Brahma customs and I paid $300.00 and he has just been giving the run around and never sent my order #**** or even a refund. I have sent many emails and even messaged him on Instagram with no response. I just want my money back at this point!Initial Complaint

On May 10, 2022 I placed an order on brahmacustoms.com order# **** for a pair of Custom "LV" Slip-on Vans/8 womens iao $199.99. Per the website allow 2 weeks for making and shipping after the order was placed. I never received them. I sent a message via the website on June 15, 2022, no one responded or reached back out to me. On June 19, 2022, I sent an email to the support email listed on the order still no response. On July 12, 2022 I sent them a direct message via BrahmaCustoms Instagram page still no response. I have called the number listed but no answers it wouldnt even allow me to leave a message. It is August 27, 2022 and I have yet to receive the shoes I ordered, any type of communication from the business, or a refund. I would like all of my money back for this purchase.Initial Complaint

I already previously filed a complaint against this company with BBB but never received a response or help. But there has been changes since the last complaint.I ordered shoes from this company on July 3rd, 2021. They cost around $321. I never received any information after that and no responses after countless messages trying to get an update on my order and when I would receive them. I recently received a message after 7 months of waiting after purchase, saying they wouldn't be able to sell me the shoes anymore. I was disappointed but just asked if I could get my money back, since I waited 7 months with NO response (Policy said they would ship out the shoes within 2-6 weeks or something around that vicinity.) They are only offering me store credit back. The one type of shoe is literally the only thing I wanted from their website and I just want my money back after going through all of this bullsh*t. They said they cannot give me cash back.They have literally broke the law with my order many times, and I'm sure they have done the same thing with all the other people that have made orders with them.I want my money back. I want them to not be able to be in business and do this to people. This is not how you run a business.Initial Complaint

I ordered some shoes, Wallet and a sweater for a total around 500$ last year april 2021. I have been in talks with the owner on Instagram and he has told me everytime i complained Thats it only some days/weeks before he ships it out. Now i have been waiting for about 9 months. I have asked for my money back because it stand nothing on the site that it will take up to a year for the Package to come. But he Always says no and Add another item from the shop. Real scumbag and i just want other people to know to never order for this site.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 12/27/21 - Their website clearly states it takes 3-5 days for the order to be completed and shipped. As of today 01/13/22 I have not received any updates from Brahma Customs. I have emailed them on multiple occasions and no one has responded to any of my emails. I am demanding a response from this company ASAP or a full refund of my money, this company must be a scam, I now regret placing an order with them. I ordered 2 watch bands from Brahma Customs on October 26, 2021 for the amount of ******. After 2 weeks of no response I emailed for an update on the order. They responded with a tracking Number but, never delivered it to ***** it is December 17, ********************************************************* responded to my multiple emails, social media or phone calls. I have read on the BBB that this is an issue with them and people not receiving their orders and it was over a year. This a company that is a scam which is sad, they looked to have nice products and I would have ordered more from them. I purchased a pair of shoes on July 11th, 2021 from Brahma Customs and have emailed them several times in regards to my order. I have gotten a few responses just letting me know that there is a delay on my shoes but no shipping label has been created or do I have a tracking number. It is ridiculous if these people are stealing peoples money. I spent $234.99 and have yet to receive my items. I want a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered some LV Custom *********** shoes for $299.99 for a birthday gift on August 17, 2021. The process time on their website is 3-5 weeks. When it was 6 weeks past by order date, I reached out and asked when I should receive them. They replied via email and said they would ship out by the end of the week. Two weeks later, I hadn't yet seen any update so I reached out via email again. I got a reply that due to Covid they are behind. I said that if they weren't here by the date I needed I wanted to cancel it or at least get a realistic update on when I would be receiving them. I have since reached out six times on social media and email with no reply. Their phone number rings and rings and no one answers, they don't reply to email, absolutely frauds who took $300 from someone wanting to support a small business. I wish I did my due diligence looking up this company.
