Our system has been down more over the last year than it was worked. It takes a month of daily/weekly phone calls to get anyone to do anything. At that time they will schedule and appointment to come out in another 4-6 weeks most of the time. The bill does not stop from sunpower and we are paying pg&e regular rate because our system is down. No credit can be issued until the end of the true up cycle. To get the credit is another month of phone calls and being passed around until someone can issue some kind of credit and i don't feel it is enough of a credit for the headache. I am not the only one having this issue. Several people have had the same problem. My system is currently not wor**** again and service appointment was just scheduled out another month. Sunpower customer service has been terrible and they must just read the script of responses when you call because it is always the same response. They say they will escalate the case and someone will contact you, nothing happens unless you continue to call back. I have waited on the phone for some **** of ******* to take the call and they will not, customer service rep says they say they will contact you. Terrible. I would rather have this system removed. It is not worth the hassle to keep it wor**** and the last couple years my bill is out of control because of the double billing.
