** 12/9/22 I bought a 2008 Harley ******** with ****** miles from Dream Rides in ******** **. The motorcycle was delivered to my house by a tow from *** at Dream Rides on 12/10/22. ** 12/13/22 the motorcycle broke down; the clutch went out. I contacted Dream Rides & spoke with *** who came to my house & towed the bike personally back to the shop. He stated he put a new clutch in the bike at this ******** picked up the bike on 12/17/22 with a new clutch (*** stated). I left the shop got on the freeway & got 1 exit from the shop & the bike broke down again. The clutch went out again, I had just left the shop from a new clutch being put in the bike supposedly. I called ******** had to come tow the bike back to the shop. I waited while they fixed the clutch again. After a couple of hours, I was able to leave the shop & ride the bike back home (from ******** to *******). ** 12/24/22 the motorcycle broke down again, the clutch went out again. I contacted *** at Dream Rides once again & told him the clutch went out once again. ** 12/27/22 I had to have the bike towed back to Dream Rides (on my dime) to be fixed again. *** at this point told me that this will be the last time he fixes the clutch & that I don't know how to ride. (Yet I have been riding motorcycles for over 20 years & graduated the highest in my class at my motorcycle certification class through Highway Patrol and never in my entire time riding have I ever had a clutch go out this fast ever.) I told *** that I believed he sold me a lemon & that the bike has been in the shop more than I had been able to ride it. ** 1/6/23 *** said the bike was ready to be picked up again & the bike was fixed. I had the bike towed home to me (again on my dime). When the bike showed up at my house it had ****** miles. ** 2/18/23 the bike broke down again & has now totally ceased up & won't turn over. I text & called *** he ignored my calls. The bike is a lemon period.
