My Dog got hit by a car while chasing a feral cat. He had surgery at a *********** hospital. It cost over *******. After he got his stitches out, the Vet told me to take him to his regular vet (west lane pet hospital) for a regular checkup. Since we were talking one dog, we took his brother as well for checkups and vaccinations. I had a coupon with me for discounts, but forgot to present it, through struggling with two dogs, and explaining to the vet Dr all the procedures my dog went through. When I told her I forgot to present my coupon, after the fact she said that too bad, that I have to show the coupon before transactions. I understand, but you would think, since I patronize that facility, the tragedy Ive been through & Im a senior citizen on a fixed income, they could have shown customer service loyalty..
