November 1, 2021 Transaction amount $48.44 I was to get a Brazilian wax with the **** strip included. This was my first time getting waxed. During the wax I told the esthetician the wax was way to hot and she assured me this was normal heat for a wax. I was in excruciating pain and the full service was not completed because I wanted to be done. After the service, I buy the product the esthetician recommended. I took heed to all advice of the after care from the esthetician and the receptionist. Subsequently I had a doctor's *********** on Wednesday and was told I had vaginal folliculitis from the wax. I contacted the *** and spoke to the receptionist asking her if this was normal for it to be inflamed and have so many bumps, and she reassured this was normal after my first Brazilian wax but once I told her what my doctor said, she said the managers were in a meeting and that she'd pass along the message and that they would call me back. Today has been one week since the initial *********** and I haven't heard from *** at all
