Followed all their instructions to the dot as far as making a return. They received back the items and I still have not gotten my refund. This has been over a month now with no response. Items are extremely hard to measure. The sizes are incorrectly described online. I would NEVER buy from them again. Over a month not and multiple emails and I have not gotten a response. I wish I had come to this site and took a look at the reviews before I ordered. However, that didn't occur to me because the last time I made an online purchase from the essentials I was able to make a return. I recently made an order as a gift and followed the measurements and the items arrived and still did not fit properly. Now I am out $344.50. This is a really poor business practice and while they do have spots where they say the items are final sale, they don't have it on the first page where you select your items. I find this to be on purpose and misleading to the consumer. If items are final sale they should be clearly marked on every page, not just buried at the end of the item description or in the cart. I would have never even clicked on the items if it would have shown FINAL SALE on the first image you see. How can they justify making full priced new merchandise final sale? If you are trying to buy a gift for someone you're screwed. Even if you follow the measurements online you still don't know for sure until you try it on.Review from Diana P

I purchased two items from this company for a Christmas a gift and the products are to large. I have been trying to return it and it but I am not receiving a respond. Have tried numerous times. What kind of company with a name like this does to their customers. It is so shameful of them! I am out of $180 dollars and stuck with shirts that dont fit. They are a fraud. They dont have sizing information on their website for their shoes yet have a zero return policy. How is that ethical or legal? I have given them a lot of my business, wont be doing so in the future, super disappointing.Review from Ja M

These people at FOG ****..DO NOT ORDER DROM THEM straight charged my card and did not even send me an email confirmation JUST TOOK MY MONEY OFF MY CARD and then nothing no response from customer service WTFReview from Brenda L

I regret buying from Fear of God. I ordered an Essentials Women's Pullover Mock neck Vest. I followed all the sizing instructions. The vest arrived and it was too big. I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. I sent an email to request an exchange. I received a cold computer generated email response stating "The item is non returnable." I am stuck with a vest that doesn't fit. Their Return Policy is horrible. Don't buy from this company.Review from Andrea B

I placed two separate orders on April 5th to be gifts for Easter. I got tracking information for my second order from *** days later. My first order that I placed on April 5th, sent me tracking on the 9th through FED Ex. My *** order was delivered, no issues. My first order however that provided me ***** shipping tracking has never ever moved from label created stage since the 9th. It has been 15 days and I still have NOTHING. However, FOG was sure to charge over $200 to my credit card for an order that has still never shipped. Ive reached out to customer care multiple times - which you can ONLY do over email - and now they are non responsive. NON RESPONSIVE. So, I get items from a drop, pay for those items, FOG never ships the items and doesnt reply to emails concerning the order!!?? Im out over $200 and this company will not respond to an email. Awful. This company has ZERO customer service. I purchased shoes for my husband as a Christmas present, and they are too large (after I carefully chose the size based on this company's advice). I tried contacting them for an exchange, but they have no customer service phone number. They have an email address for support, but they do not respond to emails. I am stuck with $*** shoes that I cannot exchange or return, with no word from the company. The company is a sham - stay away.Review from Shauntina H

They don't honor customers orders. 2 items missing and NO response from them. I have emailed 3 times about my missing items. I will never order again form this company. I would also like a refund.
