Sustainable Living Holdings was recommended, the owner/operator ***************************** **** up a proposal for Demo of tile roof and install new shingle roof and 20 solar panel system. The loan was funded on February 7, 2023. Through the loan energy network and BluePeak credit union. They submitted a check to ******* SLH in the amount of $29,750.00 directly and send me a check for $12,750.00 to give to ****************/ SLH upon completion of new roof and solar system installation and approval by the ************************* and So *******************. Between BluePeak credit union and the loan energy network they submitted to ***************************** SLH a live check for $29,750.00 and failed to put the contract project on a payment schedule as required by the **************** ************************** $1000.00 or 10% whichever is less of the total project and set payment schedule as the work is staged out and completed. I notified BluePeak credit union to inform them that SLH has abandon the project and need to speak with their fraudulent department. I was transferred to the loan energy network. I was able to speak with an agent who to my information down for investigation. And that I would get a call back within 24 to 48 hours. After a few days of no call back from the loan energy network I called and after some time I was able to speak with ***** and he told me he had called and email SHL to check on status of completion of solar installation He told me that ******* had not called back nor replied to his email. I have called BluePeak credit union to have this loan investigated for fraud as ******* has abandoned the job, I cant get any help support. Im told BluePeak does not have a fraudulent department and keep wanting to transfer me to the loan energy network. I have returned the check back to BluePeak for $12,750.00 along with a note that the contractor has abandon the job/project. At the suggestion of the loan energy network. BluePeak has added the returned check and credited the account.

He requested final check without finishing the job, it has taken him over a year to finish, did not pull permits, did not provide updates and kept telling us he would email/call later, and never did. He is working with a suspended license. HE IS A SCAMER.

We signed a contract with Sustainable Living Holdings in January of 2021 for a new roof and solar panels. We paid our bill in the entirety of nearly $50,000. We were pressured to make the final payment before work was completed. Since we made this final payment, the owner of *** has been very slow to complete the project. Because the project was taking so long, the owner of *** agreed to give us an extended warranty at no extra cost and our original agreement included an electric vehicle charging cord. We have not received the warranty or the cord. We have contacted the owner numerous times by email, phone and text about these issues over the past 2 years. He often responds that he will get back to us but never does. He has told me multiple times that he will email the warranty but he has not. In Jan. 2021, our new roof began leaking. We contacted him about the roof that his contractor had installed and asked for it to be looked at. The contractor came out and looked and it was agreed that work needed to be done, (inspect the roof and repair where it is leaking). The *** owner has not responded to us with a date to have this repair work to be done despite many emails, calls and texts. We are very disappointed that this work is still not completed in 2 years and we have not received products that were promised to us. Im not sure why this is happening because we have been nothing but patient with all of the excuses. All we want is what was promised to us.

Worst ever!! ******* with SLH solar installed a new breaker panel. Now the power company ***** threatens to turn off power to the house. The breaker panel was installed unprofessionally and completely wrong and is dangerous. The building department inspector found many code violations. *********** Department of Safety and Power will not approve installation. It is so bad that thy require the new panel to be removed and replaced . I will attach pictures. Some violations from building department: VIOLATION NOTES: BARRIER BETWEEN ***** SIDE AND CUSTOMER SIDE CUT OUT WITH GRINDER. PANEL CAN NOT BE REPAIRED, IT HAS TO BE REPLACED. LUGS NOT LISTED FOR ASSEMBLY OF PANEL INSTALLED ON ***** SIDE. This has been going on for 6 month. ******* has been super flaky. Since he got already paid he has no longer any interest to fix this mess. Now my only resources are to file a complaint with the State ***** contractor licensing board. I will also file a claim against his insurance bond. Will fille a case at the small claims court. I Wish I would have never used this contractor. Hope they will revoke his license.
