On 1/30/24 I went in to have my hair cut by ************************* (aka SuziStylz) at *************** in Studio City. I showed her pictures from her Instagram of exactly what I wanted. I also told her what I didn't want in a cut. I explained to her some of the problems I've had with my hair from previous stylists. Her exact words were "when I get done, you're going to LOVE your hair". I was super excited because the pictures were awesome. When she finished, and after examining my own hair, I had a small concern about a piece that I felt was not blended enough. My hair did not look like the pictures she advertised. I tried to get her to fix it but she said to go home, wash and style my hair and see how I like it then. She didn't want to hear what I had to say and basically shooed me out the door. Two days later I texted her and said I'm just not happy with my hair and asked if I can come in so she can blend it a little more. She ignored my text. I then went to the salon to talk to her in person. I showed her the same piece and same concern as before and all I wanted her to do was fix it. She was annoyed that I was there and said she wanted to talk outside in private (away from her customers). When we got outside she started screaming and cussing at me and told me she was not going to fix my hair nor was she going to give me a refund. My mouth dropped, I was in shock at how unprofessional she was, pointing her comb in my face, lunging at me as if she was tempted to hit me but restraining herself. She was screaming profanity at me very loud and causing a scene. There are bad reviews about her. Obviously she is not going to fix my hair now so I would like a refund so I could go somewhere else and have it done right. $150 (plus tip) is very expensive for a hair cut. Especially one you're not happy with.
