On June 1, 2022 Wildflora extended the warranty on the******** to September 1, 2022 given it was not taking yet. On August 24, 2022 Wildflora sent the******** farmer to our house and we were told we needed to water the******** twice daily. We were watering it twice weekly at the time. We were also told that because of the soil (which appears to be clay), the timing of planting the******** in Winter (which is the worst time), and the fact that it was put down before our pool was installed (multiple workers and equipment was dragged across it even though we brought this up as a concern to Wildflora), the******** did not take. The pictures attached are what the area looked like as of September 1, 2022, the final date of the warranty. As you can clearly see the******** is dead. The only thing that appears to keep it alive is watering twice daily which not only goes against water restrictions, but completely defeats the purpose of paying the extra cost to plant******** instead of grass and should not be needed nine months after it's planted. Our grass in the front yard is watered twice a week on the same schedule as the******** and is doing fine, so there is clearly something wrong given******** is supposed to be a great water saving option compared to grass. We are asking for a full refund of the $5,735.00 for the******** which we have already asked Wildlflora for and they are refusing.
