What started out as a potentially great experience ended in disaster! We had extensive work done to the exterior of our house: replaced rotting fascia boards, repaired flat roof including missing shingles on the side, replaced gutters, repainted backyard deck, and repainted gates. When the work was done, there were so many issues!
1) The gutters leak! We needed retrofitting services but there was an unfortunate family event. Understood...we gave them plenty of time to respond. Is there no one else who can fix it?
2) When they pulled off the old fascia, it left cracks and wide gaps in the supporting frame. Also, the fascia boards do not align properly and you can see the uneven fit between each board.
3) When they repainted the deck, they did not prep properly and left overspray all over the walls and sliding door frame. You can see the drip marks on the rails and all the spider webs are sprayed the color of the deck.
4) They started to paint the side walls that divide our neighbors house from ours, but stopped. You can see the line where the old paint ends and new paint begins.
We were afraid to hand then the final check when the work was almost complete, but **** assured us he would retrofit everything and do a final check to make sure we were satisfied. **** and ****** are so nice, we trusted them and gave them all their money.
Now we are stuck with problems they are not responding to. Can we get someone to come back? Is there someone else who can retrofit like they promised? I'm so disappointed. They were such nice guys and I really trusted them.
