      I placed an order with Lululemon on 12/1/22 for two items- my order stated would receive tracking 3 to 5 bus days. One of the items I received right away the other item is stuck showing processing but when you click it says delivered which it was not. I've tried contacting them several times, to show the site says processing my jacket. Every time I call I get hung up on , live chat gets disconnected, they agent says wait 3 minutes over 20 still no response , then you receive this email after which states they were disconnected but would love to help provide the info but will take another 48 hours to respond. It's not a coincidence every single time I inquire I get hung up on or the chat disconnects. I looked on Facebook and several people are complaining about customer service. I just want to know where my jacket is because I leave for vacation in 2 days and would have never ever ordered it if it said back ordered like there items usually say not available. It's been Impossible to ask anyone. My order number is ************ and it's a size 4 black scuba jacket. I need to know why it's been stuck in limbo for 2 weeks and someone to contact me. Again, I've tried several times all different avenues and I'm getting the same response, when I saw alll the Facebook complaints is when I decided to contact the BBB. I've attached a sample of the chat and the email you get after saying they disconnect this has happened several time live chat and by phone
