On 9/2022, after consulting with ***** from AmeriGreen Solar, I chose to purchase solar through them. I was contacted by ****** who was designated as my project manager. ***** told me that the project was anticipated to take 4-6 months possibly faster.****** told me that she would be handling the *** approval process for my project. The lead consultant ***** contacted me and said the panels I ordered were back ordered. He told me that in order to expedite the project, I would have to downsize. I agreed.Around the holidays of 12/2022, ****** reaches out to me to advise that she has barely contacted the *** said I would have to file *** project application.02/2023 *** approves project and I am scheduled for installation with a third party installer on 3/9/2023. 3/2023 project failed county inspection.3/2023 I have a roof leak right above where the panels were installed leading to damaged garage opener and drywall. ****** reaches out to installer who doesnt come out to assess until 4/2023. He puts a temporary seal and I am told once the project is complete, installer will return to lift the panels and do a permanent fix on the leak. 4/2023 project fails inspection again.5/2023 county inspector shows up for appointment and installer does not show.5/2023 installer returns for permanent roof fix and adds more sealant 6/2023 project fails inspection again. 7/2023 inspection passes. I discover 1 panel not working. I do not hear from anyone from the company. No walk through of the project. After finally speaking to ***** and ******, they tell me to wait 24 hours. 2 weeks later installer comes out fixes panel. 8/2023 roof leaks again. Installer says they are not responsible and recommends I contact local roofing company.8/2023 gateway goes down and I am no longer producing energy. I have no way to contact installer as AmeriGreen has refused to provide me name or direct contact to them. Enphase customer service directs me to file complaint to BBB.
