Countertop was installed April 2021 and when the countertop was installed there was a gap on the sink.. I have since been dealing with the caulking constantly falling off and have ask ****** the owner to fix the issue. I complained in Nov. 2021 about the caulking issue so I finally in March of 2022 get ****** to come in to recaulk my sink but in May 2022. I am dealing with the same issue 4 months later. I mentioned the issue to ****** and he said that we should of never moved the sink which he installed and it was Never moved. The owner ****** went on to blame the plumber for moving the sink but the plumber didn't do anything until he installed the sink and countertops. When ****** completed the installation there was a clear gap on my sink but ****** assured me that it won't be an issue and said he guarantees all his work. Now ****** has decided to not work on recaulking my sink since it won't stay on and refuses to help. ****** is blaming me for his mistake on the install and says his 1 year warranty has expired and to go get someone else to do it. I trusted ****** when he said the gap on my sink from the countertop install was not an issue but it has been because the caulking keep falling off.. I offered to pay him to fix it but he refused.. almost to not deal with this issue anymore which is wrong way to treat someone who trusted your word.
