Hi ****, Just following up on the complaint I want to file on the company in this email.I took my 2 year old maltipoo in to them on March 21st to be groomed.The person who was responsible for grooming him&#**;s name is *******.His appointment was for 9:00 am, but I noticed there were about abou 9 other people with dogs coming in with us, who probably had appointments for the same time.He had been there before a couple of times, and everything went fine.However, he had some matts in his fur, because his coat is thick a curly, in whic I was told it would be $90.00 dollars to groom him because she would have to shave most of his fur off.When I picked him up, he seemed nervous and anxious, and jittery.When I got home with him, he became miserable, hiding under the table, biting at his bit, and licking his paws constantly.We looked under his fur closely, and he had bruising, and ****** on him, and his paws were oozing a little blood.I called to talk to the owner, who told me that no one wants to deal with a matted dog, but yet I paid tgem almost $100.He has only gotten worse.He wont go to the bathroom, doesn&#**;t want to eat, keeps hiding and shaking, and we&#**;ve had to give him benadryl to calm him down.I have attached pictures of his injuries from last Thursday.Please reach out to me if you have any questions.****** Moore707 384-2000.Complaint taken in dictation by H363137**3238313831H rep **
