    My car was at the shop for 4 weeks due a minor front bumper repair. I picked up the car today 11/4/22. They told me they had replaced a part on the bumper that they charged me for. It was my original part and it was scratched and damaged. I looked at the guy and told him to be honest if they replaced this or not. He told me that they hadn't and he was going to order a new part after the fact. I believe they charged me for other parts that they didn't replace. They told me they had painted my right fender to blend in with the bumper they painted but that wasn't the case. They charged me for emblems they said they removed to paint the fender. My fender was never painted. Reason I know it wasn't painted because I had two dings on the fender and were still there. The fender was never touched. My car had scratches on my wrap that were never there before. Mind you they had my car 4 weeks! $6000 for a bumper repair. They are crooks trying to make money off of my insurance company. I will not take my car back there. They are incompetent. Please help!

    Continuation from yesterday's complaint. I went to Setco Bodyshop. as I stated before. My car was parked in the street. I picked it up with my spare keys and took it to my house. If it was inside gated business. Like they stated before. I would not have been able to pick it up. The body shop still has my original copy of keys. I would like my keys back please. I would also like about $1000 in cash in place of the purse full of gift cards and store credits they stole from me. Please help me. Thank you very much

    Dear Amal,

    Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we take full responsibility for our actions. You have made some false accusations towards our company and staff which is unfair for our employees and business title. First of all, we have record of you bringing your vehicle to our shop and removing all your belongings with one of our staff members standing by. You have signed releasing your vehicle to our body shop for repairs. When you decided to take your vehicle out of our shop we mentioned to you to pay the charges that we have paid our self and we are more than happy to release the vehicle to you.

    All body shops have charges for removing vehicles from shops, it isn't just us. We had also towed in your vehicle and you had a tow bill to pay for. Therefore, we asked you nicely that you are more than welcome to pick up your vehicle but you need to pay the charges before you do so.

    In regards to your pouch with gift cards, you contacted us to look for the pouch you couldn't find, our employee went and searched again but he couldn't find it. We kindly told you that the pouch was not found and you started yelling and accusing us for stealing it. We explained to you that we are not responsible for lost merchandise but we still tried helping you find it.

    On March 12, 2022 we have cameras showing you driving to our shop and stealing the vehicle off of our property. When we contacted you to tell you we have your spare key to come pick it up, you mention to us that you actually found your pouch with all the gift cards that you were accusing our employee stole. Your false accusation could have gotten our employee fired.
