      This company charged me over $54k to re pipe my house and i paid them in full, they never finished the job they did not pull a permit and it was not done right> i called them back to fix no response so i had to pay another company over $20000 to fix only to find out they also did not pull a permit and all my walls are open my floors are open and no one will help, i have called multiple contractors out and no one wants to touch this because how bad it is> PLEASE HELP there is alot more to the story., One contractor has been helping and says this is elderly abuse so im getting a lawer and this is why im contacting you because of him because i did not know what to do. if you saw my house you would understand i can snd pick with help

      We have been trying to correct and resolve this complaint since January 2024, *** spoke with a contractor who called us to represent her. We did get a response from ***** at that time. Permits where pulled and haven't been signed off yet , Team Rooter has not been able to enter the property.  We even have gone to her property and no one answered the door. We got her son involved to assist us so she can let us in the home. She has made several complaints and bad reviews about us and yet will not take our phone calls so we can fix and corrections. Having a city permit will ensure all work is done correctly. We have text messages from her and her son agreeing we can get in the home and get all this handled.   We disagree with a refund because  she hired another plumbing company to fix our work, if we where not given the opportunity to correct any work. We would like to fix this and we are taking accountability to fix or complete what we started. On our contracts it states we where not putting dry wall back, so that's why the pipes are still exposed. To make things right we do agree to rough patch the dry wall back but no paint. Since I only have 30m to respond  to BBB we have lots more to say and we have all text messages printed out for your viewing. I will call our BBB rep to explain more in details. Team Rooter does want to make this right and get the open City permit singed off and closed. We are willing to do what we need to do to make this right with *************************. So if BBB can help contact and speak with ************************* that would be a great help to us. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon. I plan to email our BBB rep for more directions on communication we had with her due to the pdf file may be too large to email. Thank you

      Good morning, giving you an update. The son ******** called me last week, we spoke about everything. They hired another contractor to address our work. We didn't agree on everything. ******** kindly asked us not to contact his mom anymore. Once the contractor is finished, ******** and ***** plan to forward the bill to us (Team Rooter Plumbing) and if we refuse to pay it then he will get lawyers involved and allow them to handle it. I plan to follow up with ******** today to see where everything is with the contractor so we can proceed on what's next.
