I paid J&N Auto Glass "cash only" **** on ******* for a new windshield on my 2018 Subaru Outback. Since then I have called or visited this business weekly for this guy to satisfy this purchase. Subaru confirmed window used isn't proper this causing the wind leak noise at ** *** driving, air leaks, what about water? Not only did he put in the wrong window, he damaged my pillar by staining it with some black spots on my lovely grey interior. I have tried to be calm and give him a chance but I think over a month to make amends is long enough! I want my money back in the very least! How do I do this? Drive around w/o a windshield from Sun Valley to a reputable glass shop? Plus the fee to replace the pillar and install which Subaru says is part: ****** plus ****** installed. Please help me resolve this issue and do something about this guy misrepresenting his business with a 1 year warranty. Please help me!Business response
