I ordered a specific skateboard with specific colors and was sent the wrong item. I have emailed without any response. After reading multiple negative reviews I now know that I will be stuck with what was sent to me. I should have listened to the reviews and stayed away from this company.Initial Complaint

I ordered a hat. It did not fit me right. I emailed texted and called the company to request an authorization for a return. They ignored me and then lied - texted me and said they emailed it to me and i never got it. Basically stole approximately $50 from me.Initial Complaint

Purchased a limited edition skate deck. Before receiving the deck opened up a chargeback with the bank stating the product was "unacceptable quality" the bank then refunded him and we never received the deck back in return. Tried to come to a resolution but the consumer refused to communicate and settle this matter with us.Customer response

This statement from the business is false and not true. They did receive the product back, I have tracking proof. The credit card company has refunded the businesses bank account and I have been charged for a product I returned with tracking info from USPS.
The reviews posted on Sunlands ****** reviews shares similarities with other customers that have been a victim of horrible business with this establishment.Initial Complaint

On August 15th my husband ordered a skate deck from this company online and paid $59.58. My husband received a confirmation email for order #***** but never received the product. The company has since been dodging calls and emails from him demanding either the product shipped or a refund. At this point, we would like a full refund (the product cost and shipping cost) back into our checking account.Business response
