    This company goes by the name of Super Arbor online. I needed 2 boxes of hardwood flooring to finish my renovation. They had the best price listed. A few weeks went by after placing my order with no delivery. I contacted them, and they said that my order was being executed and to be patient. Several more weeks and still no delivery. Order placed on 10/03/2024, to today on 4/8/2025 they tell me that my order cant be fulfilled. They have been contacted several times over the last 6 months, and each time they tell me to be patient and that my order will be fulfilled. I am now unable to find style of flooring anywhere else. Six months ago I would have had other options for purchasing. Now I am left with no options but to tear up my new flooring and start new with something else, and be out thousands of dollars. Advice to others - if you order from this company, do not let them string you along. Better to pay a little more and go elsewhere.

    This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. No communications, not able to ever reach there customer service line. Online chat support and emails are ignored. I'm trying to cancel my order right now as it's gone way over the estimated ETA.

    All around, just an absolutely ridiculous first time experience with this company.I ordered two vanities, picture of the product from website provided. 51 days after my purchase, my item was finally ready for delivery. I was excited to finally have an update, only to find out that SuperArbor "misquoted" my shipping charges and wanted an additional $219 for delivery. I wasn't sent an email or contacted by telephone to explain this charge, I was simply emailed an invoice to pay.I did not want to pay this additional amount, but was told if I were to cancel that I would have to pay a 20% restocking free. It took days to get replies, and ultimately I was forced to pay an additional $119 for delivery.Once I received the item I noticed that it looks nothing at all like the photo online. You can tell from the provided photos that it is significantly darker than what the photo online looks like. Im not even sure what the return policy is for these items, but after going through this process with SuperArbor I know for a fact that I will not do business with them in the future. I'm rather disappointed because I build houses for a living and was hoping to find a reliable supplier, and instead I feel completely scammed.

    This company shipped the wrong floor, it arrived damaged. We returned the floor per their request for a refund which they said they would issue and they did not. They kept our floor and our money. Don't trust this company with your money or your time.

    They state on their website that they will calculate shipping fees at checkout they will wait X amount of days and then email you saying that the company messed up and they want you to PAY MORE MONEY for shipping RUN.

    I had disputed an unauthorized transaction on my credit card after cancelling an order that was not fulfilled by the company but the dispute keeps getting reversed. I have communicated numerous times to the company with 0% resolution. My order was confirmed with an estimated arrival time which was 3-5 weeks from ordered date 6/28/2023 and I received communication from the company that the product is no longer available after 2 months after. I immediately requested to cancel my order and demanded a full refund. Last update I received from the company was on 8/23/2023 stating that they have forwarded the request and will hear back in **** days. I received ZERO communication back - I followed up multiple times and still nothing. Order ID: *******

    Would give 0 if available. I ordered an item in Nov 18 and received confirmation of order. Almost 2 weeks later no shipping info. Emailed 2 and have called twice. No response to first email or phone call. Emailed and left vm (because their customer service SUCKS) today requesting cancellation of order and hold on cc to be released. I doubt if anything happens, but cc company is aware and will dispute charge.

    I dont understand how anyone can get away with this! I ordered a light fixture on 9/27/2022 and am still waiting. *** asked for a refund multiple times and have received nothing. Never again! Zero stars!

    If I could leave a negative 5 star rating, I would! They are that bad!My story is the same as almost everyone's. Ordered flooring (that showed they had it) in April, 2022. Was told it would ship in 3 - 5 weeks, then get an email that the vendor is backordered and it was scheduled to be shipped in 4 - 5 weeks, then email after email stating it wasn't shipped yet, but would be soon! Each time I was given a timeline of 6 - 8 weeks when it would ship. LIES! All lies! I was told in November, 2022 they had 4 of the 7 boxes I ordered. I asked them to ship it and either let me know when the other 3 were coming in, or refund my money. I don't have the flooring yet, and it's mid June, 2023. I wish there was some way they could be shut down for good. They were good about emailing within the 48 hours they say they will at the beginning, but as time as gone on, they are now 2 weeks to respond. Today I tried calling their customer service line and had to wait. After 10 minutes they came on and asked me to leave a detailed message so they could call back. I tried to call again and tried a different prompt (1 for sales, 2 for support, 0 for all other inquiries). I clicked 0 and it said I had entered an invalid number. I tried twice so I didn't make a mistake.
