I ordered a ****** coffee maker for $****** through Aliexpress on June 3,2024.My PayPal account was charged on that date.Aliexpress said it would be delivered by 6/12. When it had not arrived by 6/13, I inquired as to its whereabouts. One response was that the order had beenfrozen due to non payment, and they wanted me to pay again (fortunately I did not do that).Another response was that it had ALREADY been delivered on 6/5/24 a mere 2 days after it was ordered and,I believe, from **********!!At that point I submitted a claim to PayPal which had charged my account on 6/3 for $ ****** Yesterday PayPal notified me it had denied my claim saying they had tracking information that the item had been delivered!!I have not seen that paperwork and I think its fraudulent.I live on a private road and had been at home all day on the 6/5/24. I remember the day well, as it was my sons birthday. Additionally, I have never had anything taken from my porch or from anywhere on my property in the 24 years Ive lived at this address. Like most people nowadays I receive orders from other companies almost daily and have never had a problem.Contacting both Aliexpress and Paypal has been impossible, fruitless and frustrating I really believe the item was never sent, that the tracking information is fraudulent, that Aliexpress would have taken another $****** payment from me, and that PayPal is either complicit with Aliexpress or just turning a blind eye to this scam because it the easy way.
