My company is a recruiting company for businesses. I was utilizing services through SimplyHired to seek qualified employees for my clients. We have been posting jobs since November, 2021 without issue. Following a particularly large week of recruiting, wherein my company spent a lot of money, Simply Hired shut down our ad stating that there was either a verification issue or a violation of their policies. We appealed the decision and received a response that our appeal was denied, our ad was found in violation of their policies, that they would not provide any additional details concerning their decision. We responded requesting the specific citation in the policies that our ad was violating and we have received no response. To be clear, we seek recruits for life insurance companies. Specifically sales and customer service type positions. Our ad states that we are seeking people to fill sales positions, customer service positions, and benefit coordination. The ad labels the position as full-time, commissioned, contract. Which is as accurate as we can make the income description. In addition, the ad is advertised under the labels of insurance and sales. Again, clear as to the position. The day before the ad was closed down a potential candidate came into the office of our client. She was dirty, dressed unprofessionally, and had complaints concerning the job she thought she applied for. One of the Agency Directors spoke with her about the position. She was volatile and began using profanity toward him. He asked her to leave. The next day, SimplyHired decided to take our ad down. We believe that the mis-informed candidate filed a complaint. Instead of SimplyHired contacting us to discuss the issues, the shut the entire ad down. It is still unclear to our office what the issue with our ad is. We know other recruiting sources advertise jobs with SimplyHired. Further, we know that other insurance agencies can seek candidates through them.

I made a job posting for my brokerage on SimplyHired.com on 9/3/21 and within a day I got two applicants. Today when I clicked to contact those applicants, the screen read "Your SimplyHired ATS account has been deactivated Usually this happens if we're unable to confirm your identity, or if there's been a breach of our Terms of Service. If you believe this was done in error, please contact us for assistance." I did not do anything to breach the terms of service, and I provided everything they asked for to confirm my identity. This has happened before on Aug 23rd when I tried with a different email, and when I clicked for assistance, they emailed me: Hi *****, Thank you for providing those additional details. We have reviewed your account and have found it to be unsuitable for Simply Hired. Please note that this is a final decision. No further action is required on your part and no additional details regarding this decision will be provided." Perhaps because Hispanic owned business?

Company requested private documents to prove that my business is legitimate. I operate my business out of my home, so I do not have a business address, utilities, etc. But I have business tax ID number both federal and state. However, they decided to deactivate my account anyway, and they did not try to work with me or explain exactly what the issue was, nor did they care that I did not have typical things like an office.
