I ordered and paid $38.97 for 4 bottles of seasoning. I last emailed the company on 10/28/2020 My fur-babies loved the product. I wish I could just get my order. But since its been such a long time, I just want my refund.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction is 01/27/2021 order ORDER #*****. I received an immediate email stating there would be a delay. I got an email on Feb 6th stating it would be October 2021. I have contacted them over and over with no response. I want my money back from this company in the amount of the cost of what I spent. $28.38 is what I spent.Initial Complaint

On 1/14/2021, I purchased multiple dog food seasonings from this company for a total of $39 (ORDER #*****). I received an email saying that my items should be delivered within 2 weeks. Then 10 days later (1/24/2021) they said that actually my items won't be shipped until October (which would be 9 months after my purchase). It is now October and I have not received my items. I attempted to contact the company, but their email bounced back and their website does not work anymore. It appears they stole my money and never had any intention of fulfilling the order.Initial Complaint

On August 29, 2020 I ordered seasoning from Shake It Pup. They charged my card $38.97 USD. Over a year later, I still have not received the product nor a refund. Is this even legal? I have sent over 8 emails to the company with no reply.Initial Complaint

I ordered 4 jars of the food topper from this business and they charged my account right away and I have never received the items. I sent several emails and they have been totally ignored. They were so lucky to get on shark tank and Im sure were overwhelmed but they should not charge people and not ship the item, as far as I know that is stealing!
