On Oct 13, 2021 at 12:20 am, I bought a refurbished ASrock H110 PRO BTC+ crypto mining motherboard. I purchased the card off Ebay. On eBay the ad plainly promises working condition due to being refurbished. Due to it not working after many attempts to get it up and going; I returned the motherboard Mon, Oct 18, 2021 back to Platinum Micro Inc., ***************************************** CA XXXXX-XXXX I sent a message this morning asking for my as yet unpaid refund of $ 466.37 becuase the Motherboard was returned and they were in possession of it. They replied saying they refused to issue a refund due to damages to the motherboard! I DID NOT damage the motherboard at anytime, and it was well packed against damages in return shipping. I'm so ****** I'm beyond words. They are obviously trying to steal from an individual. They feel I won't fight, nor file criminal theft charges because I am 1500 miles away in Arkansas, while they are in California. If they want to avoid a plethora of legal charges, I can and will file all applicable. The only way to prevent this is giving me my FULL REFUND credited back to my purchase card immediately. I will allow 5 business days for the refund to post. I will accept NOTHING LESS than a total refund. This ****** refurbished motherboard bought off Ebay, has NEVER worked at any time in my possession. I expected it to work as well as a new one, as their ad states. I ended up receiving a non-working piece of electronic ****. They are trying to steal my $466.37 I paid from my debit card. I won't allow it. Resolve this for me BBB. I am after what is legally mine. I want my $466.37 because they have their motherboard back and it didn't workl! I do not owe them anything, nor will I accept anything less than a full refund, or I will file legal charges. I will also notify my Bank this charge is invalid/illegal. It was a charge made without my authorization, so they will receive a chargeback if I am not refunded. ***** **** *****
