His behavior will not be tolerated no matter which avenues he continues to utilize to intimidate and try to coerce staff.

The false statement made by the staff member who wrote the post about me is an example of how they use misinformation to cancel students enrollment. The report that was made about me saying that I made "threats" is 100% false. What they have not mentioned in the statement that was made is how I was scheduled to take a test, but was unable to due to the fact the DMV ran out of time for me to test. Another thing that is not mentioned is the fact that my test that I was not able to take due to time restraints, would have been rescheduled, by GSF, on October 28th. They did nothing to attempt to find me a test date closer.
In addition to that their staff member, who works in the Sylmar office, who currently goes by the name of Shirley, hung up on me twice in the process of me attempting to find a new test date in a reasonable time line. Shirley's unprofessionalism extended with her placing out call on speaker phone so she could recruit another staff member to listen to out call, when allegedly she's supposed to be a manager of the facility.
These are blatant lies that are being told about myself for them to cover up that they do not properly train students for success. They use methods to find ways to students continously pay money, rather from they own pocket or third party, to keep their lights on, and pay staff.
