      I have been and are currently still trying to get a refund for the pool steps I ordered and was sent socks instead. They keep telling me they will refund me, but it never is resolved.

      On June 14, 2022 I ordered In the swim 3 inch chlorine tablets 50 lb bucket from ocuuva.com. I paid $52.28. My bank statement says I paid to *********** Today July 5, 2022, the tracking showed my package as delivered. This "package" was a small bag containing a pair of socks.

      I recently tried to purchase chlorine from Ocuiva.com and rec'd a bathing cap. I reached out to them when I rec'd the cap, explained what I ordered and would like to have my chlorine. They also told me at the time to keep the cap. Time passed and I reached out to them about my purchase, they have no recollection of the situation. After more emails and wanting a refund, they want me to return the bathing cap? If not, then I would only get 60% of the $53.00 that I spent. I replied with: you need to send me a return label and refund me because that process only takes 5 mins more time waiting on the banking side. I left it at that. I am tired emailing and waiting for a few days for an answer. I also found out the address on the site: XXXXX ******************* XXXXX might be residental area. I have trying to call and it seems to be an AL number that I can never get through.

      I purchased a salt ionizer for a pool on July 22,2021 for $58.75. According to the website they're based in **********, shipping would take 7 to 10 days. I waited over 30 days and received a child's jacket in the mail with the tracking number they provided for the first shipment. I contacted them they assured me they'd resend the item right away which took another month. On Sept 29, 2021 tracking information states item was lost in transit. I've contacted the local************ and I've also emailed the company several times. I refuse to wait for another attempt to send me the item and ask for a refund and they have gone back and forth with me refusing to refund me 100% of my money offering me 60% then 75% now 70% and they tell me to send the ionizer back. But I never received it. Their website states items are shipped from the US but both tracking numbers come from *****.

      Order was place on 7/28/2021. In the Swim 3 inch Chlorine Tablet Bucket - 50 Pound*************** Sub-Total: $52.28 Free Shipping: $0.00 Total: $52.28 They sent me a tracking number. It took over a week for it to ship because, unknown to me at the time, it was shipping from China. The website says they are ****** Took another few weeks, then I finally get a notice that it delivered 8/24/2021 BUT it delivered to my mailbox!! A 50 lb bucket of chlorine tablets would not fit in my mailbox - when I opened this tiny package it was a WALLET. I checked the numbers and everything on the label and confirmed they sent the WRONG ITEM! My wife took pictures of the package labels & she emailed them. They apologized & said they would ship out the correct item ASAP. On 10/1/2021 tracking said it had reached our town but is now lost. I told them that we just want a refund - they offered to ship out another one, I refused. Now they are not responding to my emails. I can send more docs.

      I ordered a refurbished solar pool skimmer from their website on 8/1. When I received the package, it was a bag of socks. I requested a refund on 8/21, and they offered to resend the correct item. That item was never received despite their claims it was shipped. They claimed it was lost in transit. I again requested a refund and they again said they would resend the item. I told them I just wanted my money back, and they ignored me and said they were resending the item. I just want to be refunded for the item I didn't receive.
