Immediately after the installation of the Pebble Fina plaster white streaks and huge white blotches appeared. ***** Preciado assured me that they will go away. This was before any chemical start-up or maintenance of the pool. It has now been almost 4 weeks and it is worse- my pool looks like it needs to be replastered. They have refused to accept any responsibility or do anything about it, even though I have contacted them several times about getting them to repair it so it looks like a new pool and not a 10-year-old pool. I spent $23,000 with this company - unreal!!! They are claiming I signed a disclosure that said there could be discoloration. - AFTER 3 weeks???? Really! In addition, they have improperly installed the grout so it bleeds white effervescence, install the glass tiles improperly; couldn't hook up the 2 LED lights property to GFI's so I paid an electrician to do it ($1,200) even though they charged me to hook up the lights. They never installed the *********** that I paid them $950 for.I want them to redo the plastering so it looks like a new pool, and if not then refund me the $16,500 I paid for demo and plastering so I can hire another company to do it correctly; install the Deck 0 Seal I already paid them for which they never installed($950); refund me the $1,200 I had to pay an electrician to hook up the LED lights that I paid them to do; reimburse me for having to redo the glass tiles above the 2 fountains that were installed incorrectly($1,000); replace the 2 fountains that they damaged with their incorrect installation of the glass tiles and cement ($3,500); reimburse me $500 to now have to drain and refill the pool )DWP).Initial Complaint

M. Preciado Pool Plastering was supposed to plaster our swimming pool on 11/10/2021 only to tell me the day before they were out of the product (Pebble Sheen Ocean). ************************* has not returned any of the clients calls nor has she returned calls to Pacific ******************** (Rich) to do any type of rescheduling. The job is still unfinished and waiting on M. Preciado Pool Plastering to schedule the job. We have waited over 2 months now for the pool to be plastered. This delay has gone on long enough.
