They mined my name and address from somewhere, and made up the rest of their story . I was not involved in an accident, and I have full coverage insurance. If anyone actually reported me for an accident, the police and/or my insurance company would have contacted me. I don't know what they would do with my insurance information if I was gullible enough to give it to them, but I'm sure it wouldn't be legal. I can't believe they continue to get away with this.Review from Anouar H

SCAMMERS. Don't fall for this. This company fishes for information about accidents that've been settled and closed.... and contact people involved to scare them into stealing money from them. They'll sound rude and aggressive to make you believe it too. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. You get a letter from them, shred it without giving it a thought. You're welcome.Review from Matthew P

I got a letter in the mail regarding an incident that accured. I called and made an arrangement with said person over the phone. The date came and fell on a sunday. I started and new job but not at the original time i was suppose to start. I called back the fallowing day after i was suppose to make a payment on said arrangement asking if i could get an extra 4 days to make the payment. I was told no and that they would proceed forward with having my license or my registration suspended. Talking about not having a heart and some compassion *** peoples circumstances. Things happen in life that are behond our control. I dont think an extra 4 days is to much to ask for.Jonathan Neil & Associates, Inc. Response

It is important to note, that our office is not Customer Service. Not having Valid Automobile Liability Insurance at the time of an automobile accident is a criminal matter. Our office is bound by State Law as to how and when we must report the Uninsured Motorist to that specific state. Failure to pay Criminal Restitution timely is solely at the discretion of the Uninsured Motorist. Our Client, the insurance company, is not required, by any State or Federal Law, to offer a payment plan; if one is presented it is a privilege; as we could demand the full balance due to this criminal act.
** We consider this matter closed - We have rescinded the Payment Plan and demand the Full Balance at this time.
** Failure to comply will result with notice being sent to the State.Review from Ro D

ABSOLUTE FRAUD I got into an accident last year fully under company coverage in a company vehicle it had nothing to do with me outside of me dealing with my multi billion dollar employer. I get a letter from carlos and call him and on the phone he gets aggressive with me and calls me a fugitive and says I did a hit and run when I stopped for an hour and waited for police to tell me and the other driver to leave with all information exchanged. The other driver is most likely desperate for money and looking for handouts and luckily she got this crook company to lie right to me accuse me of things that NEVER happened. Carlos is a disappointment to his family and has serious mental and anger issues to accuse a stranger on the phone of a hit a run where I was stopped for a full hour with police involvement over $100-$200 of damage.Jonathan Neil & Associates, Inc. We, Jonathan Neil & Associates, represent various National Insurance Companies for Civil and Criminal Automobile Accidents. Our Clients' assign cases where it is believed that a party was Uninsured at the time of an Automobile Accident. The Operator of any vehicle regardless, if it's a Commercial Vehicle or Private Vehicle, must prove that valid Liability Insurance existed at the time of the Automobile Accident. If truly an individual is under the Scope of Employment, it is the duty of the Commercial Operator to immediately notify their respective Employer, regardless as to who they believe is at-fault and/or potential damages.Review from Geraldine B

First and foremost I am appalled at receiving a letter addressed as GENTLEMAN:
1. I am a WOMAN
2. This is not proper etiquette nor business professional to address a letter as GENTLEMAN.
3. This looks like intentional discrimination with the assumption of gender base and shall rightfully be reported to the state's Attorney General's office.
4. The ONLY debt owed to CSAA is $39.90 per AAA representative as I cancelled my policy months ago and AAA never did there due diligence to follow suit due to technical issue. I provided proof and evidence hence only having to pay a portion for coverage not covered ($39.90). Yet I am still receiving a Balanced owed of $377.48 which I clearly do not owe for principal/damages. I did my part and contacted AAA and the issue was rectified yet I'm being penalized for something that was due to the reporting agencies technical error. I'm not sure who this company is hiring but please provided training on proper business etiquette when generating these letters and how it should properly be written and addressed.Jonathan Neil & Associates, Inc. We, ******** Neil & Associates, take these matters very serious, as such I have been assigned to address this matter.
In review of your comment, I have identified the correspondence you reference, and have made the appropriate changes, so as not to offend any person.
~~
With regards to the balance owing, I personally have contacted AAA to confirm this billing error. This file was first assigned with a balance of $336.90. Then the file was back-dated by AAA, with the balance being adjusted down to $120.38. AAA did not notified our office of the adjustment. Then it was reported that a payment of $39.90 was made directly to AAA. Upon receipt of said payment, AAA issued another balance adjustment ot our office, leaving this file with a $0.00 balance. This file is paid in full with the payment of $39.90. A Paid in Full letter is being mailed to the Policy Holder BREIZ.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and appreciate your bringing the correspondence issue ot our attention, which has now been rectified.
