Ordered cushions off*******. Picture showed 4. Amour in the parentheses added up to the cost if multiplied by 4. So I thought I was purchasing a 4 pack. The price in fact was for each. Also the color shown in the picture was Hunter green which is what I wanted. The actual color was a puke light green. The company misinformed the consumer. The want a 20% restocking fee which I do not feel I should have to pay. If they were advertised as to what the real product was I would never have purchased. Also I refused the order and sent it back with the ***** driver. 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting for a refund.Business response

The box was pretty destroyed and retapped. I could see the color was not what I expected. This should not be an issue to receive my money back for the shipment that was returned . Misinformation leads to unhappy customers. Location *** Stop number XXXXXXXX-XX Name on box. ****** ***** **** *********** ******* ***** , ** XXXXX This is all the information ***** Ground gave me . The box was returned to sender Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2022/06/28) */ Sorry we cannot help like stated in all responses we would need an order number if this was a valid order. Consumer Response /* (4200, 15, 2022/06/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I was given a full refund. Thank you
