Classic bait & switch. Pressured to pay up front, promised one thing and delivered hazardous results. Unsafe stairs, no railings and lies and more lies.

As the project managers and the owners of RAA Construction Group, we were extremely humiliated this past Friday after the way we were spoken to by the homeowner. We did the scope of work that we were contracted to do. We were not contracted to do any rails or new rails, it was never discussed. We delivered everything that we agreed on in the contract. We gave multiple options on how to proceed and took the extra mile to cut your costs to keep you satisfied as our client. We are still awaiting your response.

Stop lying.

Very happy with the complete kitchen remodel RAA executed for us. They worked hard and communication was great. Experience was so positive that we immediately hired them to help out on a project in our office and with a new front door.

We had our complete bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms remodeled by RAA Construction Group. Our original remodeling spaces had few walls that caused the house to look small and crowded and Moti came up with a wonderful idea to remove them and to have a huge open space that included the kitchen, living room and dining room areas. with regard to our bathrooms and mainly the master bathroom, Moti designed for us a modern bathroom with a large shower area, bathtub, toilet and vanity. From the demolition stage all the way to the completion of it, Moti checked in often and involved us with the current status of the work and to get our approval of several days by day small changes that had to be done during the construction. Moti had his foreman, who visited each and every day. When we noted problems... Moti and his foreman were very quick to respond all of them. We are very satisfied with the end result of the remodeling project and we truly love each and every part of the work that was done at our house! Thank you Moti and RAA Construction Group!

By far one of our greatest involvements with 'A' contractor that worked at our house and did a wonderful job. Perfect company, perfect customer service and excellent quality of work. We were very fascinated by the effectiveness of our project manager , who managed our remodeling project and which was a complete kitchen remodeling and a complete master bathroom remodeling in a timely matter AND within the promised budget. I have absolutely loved working with RAA. They reconstructed my entire floating patio that wraps around my whole house (an absolutely massive job). They have also helped me with the smaller stuff like installing door frames. Daniel was sent over to my house for inspections during escrow, and I loved/trusted him so much I didn't even interview any other contractors. I had him begin work right away. I can't recommend them enough!

I had RAA to resurface my kitchen cabinets and put in new doors. They did a beautiful job. You would think that resurfacing was easier but it's not. The easy way is to gut the kitchen and start again. The service that I got from my project manager Joseph was exceptional. I knew what was happening and who was coming every day of the project. When I would be worried about something Joseph would say "don't worry it will be fine" and it was. They give top notch service with project completion on time. This was my second project with them, the first was my bathroom. The subcontractors that they used come in, do their job and clean up. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, they do excellent work

I would not hire these guys ever again as their work is not that good I learned the hard way. 8 months to finish a little kitchen. They used the photo of my kitchen WITHOUT my permission. No respect to property. No integrity.

I sincerely apologize to hear that your experience with our company was not satisfying to your needs. I am surprised from your review due to different factors. You have chosen to hire us first and foremost to perform a bathroom remodel in which we converted a laundry room into a walk-in shower. During the process of the project we have proudly provided you with the most efficient work schedule and tried endlessly to give you an amazing customer service by going with you physically to choose tile at tile stores, coordinate delivery for you, shop for pocket doors for you etc. we went above and beyond in hopes to satisfy you and keep you a happy client. By the end of the project we believe you were beyond happy with the result both of the project and the service you have received from us that you have chosen to continue with us to your next project which was the kitchen remodel.



When it comes to your kitchen remodel project Overall it is important for us to mention that your kitchen was very far away from a simple little kitchen remodel. Your kitchen contained the following: load barring wall removal, surprising detection of mold, mold remediation, unknown detection of asbestos which lead into an asbestos abatement, submitting request of asbestos abatement to the county and waiting 14 business days for approval, repairing the walls, and the floor after the abatement, new framing, new flooring with a decision to add an additional new flooring remodel in the middle of the project, scrape the acoustic ceiling, relocation of recess lights, relocation of plumbing on a slab house, relocation of gas line, relocation of the hood vent, adding an island feature with two electrical outlets on a slab house (running electrical wires through a concrete slab), complete set of architectural & engineering plans submitted to the city that were provided for you for no more than FREE, deputy inspections for FREE & Engineering observations for FREE.
Your new kitchen has no less than 60 L/F of cabinets which in today's market is considered twice the size of a standard kitchen (30 L/F) and in addition to all that was mentioned above you have received this at an extremely unique price offer + very unusual payment schedule because you have asked us to help you get your dream project without having the needed funds to complete the project. We have performed two projects for you with no down payment and no money charged until we fully complete everything (which is far from the ordinary action any construction company will allow)



I strongly believe that if you will share pictures from your new kitchen and how it looks now everyone who sees it will be amazed by how beautiful your kitchen is and will give it no less than 5 stars including yourself. Your kitchen turned out to be one of the most beautiful outstanding kitchens there is in the market.

It is truly a shame that given the fact that we have worked endlessly in hopes to make you happy and give you a phenomenal product, you still find the need to bad-mouth us considering you have not even paid yet.
