These people should be in jail...utter fraud. This company stated that they specialized in Bosch Dishwashers and had many available parts on hand. Our dishwasher was not draining so we had them come out...without really checking anything they stated it was a bad pump and that it would be 465 dollars. They said they would have to order the part and it would take 3-5 days. They contacted us a week later and said they had the part and would be out tomorrow. They called an hour before they were to arrive and stated they had been sent the wrong part and would have to order it again. After another 10 days and me calling them they got the part and came and installed it. After they left we went to operate the dishwasher and on the first try it did not work and still would not drain. We called someone else and it was a clogged hose in the back of the dishwasher he charged us 50 dollars because he felt bad that we had been scammed. Please do not use these people they are thieves.

**** and **** are professional thieves, stay away from this company. they took $400 from ** and never done the job nor returned our money. i am going to Thermador and have them involved. DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES!!!

The week of Dec 10, 2023, I contacted Appliances Electrical Services, Inc., ****************************************************************************, who list themselves as a Viking ***************************** The service person came out and gave me an estimated $1704 to fix the boards that control the ignition or starters on my Viking Stove. I wrote a check as he requested for $800. On two occasions the following week, he came by, each time claiming that he didn't have the correct parts, even though in texts he claimed to have them. Finally, on Thursday, Dec 21, I terminated the agreement for him to continue to work. I asked for the $800 back, and he refused to give it to me. I want my money back.

Do not use this company. I requested a visit to see why my Viking oven was not turning on.The repair man took one second to see that it didn't turn on and then wrote an invoice for $1,650 to replace the thermostat. I had a different repair company come and they noticed that the manual timing switch had been turned. With a turn of a k*** the oven worked. Obviously, this repair man didn't know or care to inform me about the simple solution. Additionally oven thermostats do not cost $800 retail.

Do not use this company. I contacted them because my Bosch dishwasher was not working. The buttons were unresponsive and the warranty had expired. Unfortunately the dishwasher was less than 2 years old. The I contacted this company hoping it would be a minor repair given how young the dishwasher was and how good the brand is supposed to be. The technician came out, charged his service fee of $79 which I expected to pay, did nothing but press the same nonfunctioning buttons on the machine as I did, asked me to turn the electricity off from the breaker as I already did before the company came out. He also poured water in the dishwasher. That was it. Then he wrote me an estimate for an entirely new "main board control" for a total of $578!!! After he left I finally found my user manual for the dishwasher and came across the section that informs about removing the filter, cleaning it out and placing it back in the machine. Took me all of 5 minuets if that. Guess what? The dishwasher began working perfectly. The technician from this company that allegedly "specializes in Bosch appliances" as their website specifically states didn't have the knowledge to check the machine's filter, instead he expected me to cough up over $500 for nothing. Never contact this company, they are a rip off.
