I paid ******** ****** the amount of $******* for several credit repair clients that he never even touched. He refunded me the total amount of $******* and refuses to pay the remaining balance. He promises things he never does and he will get customers money and never touch the file at all. He blames it on medical condition and I later found he has a history of not doing any work whatsoever and taking peoples money. Then he blocked my from his phone and never replied to my emails. I know he has scammed several people and I think it is sad and unethical to be living this way and to do this to people. I want the remaining balance of what he owes me.

      Business response

      05/10/2022

Business Response /* (1000, 15, 2022/05/10) */ This is in response to Roxy's complaint of March 25th from the business. We began working with ** ********** last October and worked on half a dozen of her client files prior to my heart acttack on November 1st, then subsequent major open heart quadruple bypass surgery four days later at the Provident Hospital in Santa Monica., After twelve days on the hospital heart wing, they finally discharged me to go home and recover. I walked out of that hospital six days later on my own two feet and although I was in a lot of discomfort and pain rather than staying hope without drivng or going to work for a month as they suggested, I was driven back to the office the very next day and back to work. I immediately had to discharge six employees upon my return, and because of the overwhelming stress and exhaustion, worked each day at the office until 6pm and took an Uber home, avoiding getting behaind the wheel as the doctors ordered. In the first few months I was still out of breath after just walking around the block but having been getting healthier and stronger each day now going back to fitness and bike riding. I also was required to give 30 days written notice at the office building and find something for myself and one full time loyal office assistant to start the new year in, a slightly smaller more economical office of **** square feet. After that we reached out to Roxy and sent her $**** towards her $**** refund request. I emailed her three times and called to apologize for the delays at least one time since then. We are now prepared to send her another $1350 towards her next client file request. To say that we didnt do anything on her files is not accurate or fair. We just need her mailing address which we have asked for three times since January 17th the day we settled in to the new office and began office operations and fully functional once again after the recovery. Consumer Response /* (3000, 17, 2022/05/11) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Unfortunately the response from the business owner is not at all correct nor true. He had files months prior to having a heart attack and he did nothing for those files. He also gave his word after his surgery that he was ready to work and needed to work asap I asked him repeatedly if he was well to do the work prior to sending him any money at all and he stated yes. I will attach emails and text messages where he completely does not respond to any of my emails requesting the remaining of the refund. He never keeps his word on when he will send payments and I was crystal clear with him to send me payments via zelle just like I sent all payments to him. He is using the address as an excuse to prolong paying what he owes me. He can easily send a zelle payment as he did with the first two payments. He likes taking peoples money and not doing the work I will gladly upload all emails asking him for payment and he ignores what he owes me. I will not disclose my address to a person that is not trustworthy at all. I want the full refund that is owed via zelle he hasn't even made the attempt to make payments towards the remaining balance. He also is lying about not completing work after surgery, then why did he continue to take on work and most importantly money when he was not going to do any work. He is a very unfair, manipulating and unprofessional person and I really hope someone can stop him from continuing to scam people. Our last emails exchanged were on March 18, 2022 and since that date he hasn't communicated nor made any payment at all. I have a lot of text and more emails I will gladly send as well.
