I was asked to vacate the property due to new ownership , i paid in advance and was supposed to be reimburse for 1 month , it's been 30 days and i have not been reimburse , i was told several times that the owner is not available. i had not heard anything from the DC's until i contacted them , it appears as though they are trying to ignore my request for reimbursement i would like to talk to the owner.Business response

As we stayed yesterday. We have no problem reimbursing you. Or you can have an in-store credit. Sorry for the confusion. Please call us today so that we may get this resolved. Thank you managementCustomer response
